The Weapons Of Our Warfare

“(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)” 2 Corinthians 10:4

The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, they are Spiritual, they are of God, and they are mighty to the bringing down of every stronghold! Right now in America it looks like God is being challenged on every front: prayer in schools, abortion, gay marriages, and the limiting of free speech when it comes to talking about Jesus, seems like some strongholds to me? But through the power of Christ we now have uttermost salvation; we now have direct access to the Holiest, we have virtue, Divine natures, the Holy Spirit, love, hope, and faith. Faith that even if it is as small as a grain of mustard seed will blow a mountain into the sea! We have been given the glory that our Lord and Savior has, we can ask and receive; our weapons are eternal and they are able to tear down every single stronghold! So let’s pray for the people who champion these ungodly ideas. Let’s not condemn them, there ideas are wrong, everyone knows this, so let’s pray that the victory and glory of salvation is seen and accepted by them. Let’s bless them who curse us and pray for them that despitefully use us, Luke 6:28. Our weapons are peculiar, let’s feed our enemy and give drink to those who hate us. Give God place for any vengeance and act in love as those who have been set free. There is nothing they are doing that we weren’t delivered from, sin is sin, they may be different sinful acts then what we did, but they are not worse. There was someone praying for us, so let’s pray for them. This is the weapon of our warfare, and it will bring down any and every stronghold! Jesus will deliver us from any temptation to do otherwise, and in Jesus’ Name, those who are supporting these ungodly ideas will join us in the uttermost salvation of Jesus Christ! The captives will be set free! Through the Love and Power of Christ we can believe that there is a total and complete move of salvation through America’s Courts, we can have the faith and believe that there will be no abortions, we can think of millions upon millions of homosexuals accepting Jesus and being set free, and God is able to do all of these things and so much more by His power that is at work within us! Faith is the evidence of things hoped for, and faith comes from hearing the Word of God!

"That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with His Son Jesus Christ." 1 John 1:3 We need to declare these Truths with our enemies and pray that they too come to accept and rejoice in them, so that we all can have fellowship and the strongholds shall be brought down! Jesus loves all of us and He is living to intercede for all who will allow Him to. There is now no condemnation for us, so there is now no condemnation from us, put down the stones and pick up the weapons of love, faith, salvation, righteousness, Truth, and the Gospel of peace, the whole armor of God! With it we will stand as one with the power of Jesus and through God the strongholds will be brought down. Faithful is He Who has spoken it, and faithful is He Who will do it through us!

Through Christ We Can Actually Be Used To Change Things

“Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,” Hebrews 6:1

Right now the faith of so many believers is that we will absolutely mess up, there is far more faith in the weakness of our humanity than on the strength of our Father. So they believe that we can’t help but to fall short, but they believe that it is all right, because our Father will forgive us, because He said that we can repent. This belief is a beginning principle of Christ, let’s move on to perfection and maturity, let’s grow up and actually live with the Divine Nature of our Father. Let’s cease from our own works and actually enter into God’s rest and become all that He has provided for us to be. Through the Blood of Jesus we have been perfected unto every good work. Through the Blood of Jesus we have escaped corruption, we are a royal priesthood that has been delivered into God’s glorious Light. We now have virtue by the Blood of Christ, as He is so are we in this world. The Truth is that we will be used by our Father to do the works that Jesus did and all of the other magnificent Truths that we have studied together! The Church needs to move on past the beginning principles of Christ and we need to move on to perfection, a glorious Church without spot, wrinkle, or blemish.

Through the power of Christ we can actually be a Church that changes things! So what if the Courts say that abortion is legal, our Father will shine through us and show the world that there is a better way. The Courts didn’t say that we have to have abortions, they said that we can have them. So let’s be as Jesus and give real answers to women, let’s give these answers in love, and through the virtue and power of uttermost salvation, change the hearts and minds of the Nation. If just two of us are empowered by the Holy Spirit to agree in the power of God’s love, it will happen.
“Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 18:19

Jesus Delivers Us And He Justifies Us

“Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. By Whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.” Romans 5:1-2

If your experiences are any thing like mine when it comes to religion, you were taught that we are to keep ourselves from temptations and if we mess up, we only have ourselves to blame.

"The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptation, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:" 2 Peter 2:9

It was preached, or heavily implied, that the major burden of our living appropriately was upon us, and that we could somehow manage to get it right with our own human efforts. Then if we were successful at living godly, our Father would reward us and bless us. But here we see the Truth that it is Jesus Who is the One Who knows how to deliver us from temptations. We are plainly told by our Father that it is Jesus Who is the One Who ever lives to intercede for us and that Jesus is the One Who saves us to the uttermost. We rarely hear sermons that boldly proclaim that Jesus is the only One Who causes us to walk righteously. Yet the Truth is that Jesus is our only Shepherd and the Shepherd is responsible for the sheep; the sheep are not responsible for the sheep.

Think of it like this: the truth is that if a sheep leaves the flock there is a great chance that it will be killed or injured. It’s kind of a law of nature: stay and be blessed or leave and die! But the responsibility of the safety of the sheep falls on the shepherd and not on the sheep to fulfill the righteousness of this law! There are things that as Christians we have to do, yet it is the power of our Lord and Savior Jesus within us that causes us to do them; Jesus is our only Shepherd! If the Holy Spirit can get this hope in the Church that Jesus is the only One responsible for us, then Jesus will begin and finish the faith that will allow us to walk justified to the uttermost. Then through the faith of Christ peace will come and the Church will really rejoice in the fullness of our Father's hope, and we will actually rejoice in the glory of God. We will experience the power of a life fully lived because we are saved to the uttermost, partakers of our Fathers Divine Nature, acting fully and completely with the Mind of Christ.

Our Father has given us Himself and all other things that pertain unto life and godliness to enjoy, and He has given them richly to us. As long as people believe that it is with their own power that they keep themselves from temptation, then they will always live at some level of condemnation and failure. As long as people believe that faith is a human ability to believe God, they will never achieve the peace of God that passes all understanding. Faith is our Father's force working within man that allows the power of the Kingdom of Heaven to be realized and lived in! Hope in these Truths will never leave us ashamed and such hope will never disappoint us.

Do You Hope For The Fullness Of God

"The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptation, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:" 2 Peter 2:9

Faith is the evidence of things hoped for, Hebrews 11:1, so ask yourself this question, do you hope for all of the things that we have studied in these postings about the power of Jesus to be realized within our lives? Do you have the lively hope that because Jesus is your Lord, that there is absolutely no temptation that can sway you and that through the power of Christ there is no evil that can overcome you? Do you have the hope that through Christ you are saved to the uttermost, delivered from every temptation?
When we talk about things like perfection and sanctification, are you offended, or do you hope that they can be lived and experienced? Do you have the hope that each and every second of every day that Jesus is actually living to intercede for you, in every area of your life, for the small and mundane and for the massive and life changing? Do you hope that you are sealed with Holy Spirit and that nothing can penetrate that shield? If you are saved, you have the lively hope of the Holy Spirit dwelling within you. And if you are saved, faith will come because of His hope and as you hear these Truths of God, your faith will grow and mature, because Jesus is the One Authoring and Finishing your faith. And such hope will never disappoint or shame you!
“And hope maketh not ashamed; because the Love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit which is given unto us.” Romans 5:5

Jesus Delivers Us From Temptation

"The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptation, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:" 2 Peter 2:9

"Wherein He is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by Him. Seeing He ever liveth to make intercession for them." Hebrews 7:25 Jesus lives to keep you and I from temptation. We are never alone; there is not one second after our salvation, after we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior and are baptized with the Holy Spirit, that we are ever alone. “In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise,” Ephesians 1:13 Jesus is with us continually leading us and guiding us and strengthening us in the ways of righteousness and all things now work for good for those of us who have been empowered to love the Lord. Through Christ our darkness is now as the noonday, there is now no weapon that is formed against us that shall prosper. God has empowered us to be used by Him to do all things, because greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world.

Through Christ we are able to be saved to the uttermost, because Jesus knows how to deliver us from all temptation. Jesus is living to intercede for you and I, and the very Spirit of God has sealed us until the day that Jesus returns. These are all benefits of our salvation, freely given, and they are God’s desire for all men to have and enjoy through Christ. We have the absolute best working for us, we have the One Who created it all, the One Who made us, the One Who only has to speak and it happens, He is for us, so nothing can be against us! Jesus is ever living to perform these things for us. Even more sure than the Sun will rise in the East, these verses are Truth, Heaven and Earth shall pass away, yet these Truths will still remain active and alive working for us. With that in mind, I want you to ask yourself this question, how do you talk about your life, how do you think about your walk with the Lord? Do you talk and believe these things are so? Faith comes from hearing and hearing from the Word of God!

Jesus' Blood Allows Us To Rest

"For he that is entered into His rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from His." Hebrews 4:10

Our Father sent Jesus and the Blood that our Lord shed on the Cross for has fully completed its work. Jesus' Blood has overcome the evil one and it has set us free, so now we have rest. Because of Jesus we can have peace, joy, hope, faith, love, and we can have all of these things richly and we can also richly enjoy them. We are a royal priesthood, a chosen generation, a peculiar people, and we are now in our Father's Light.

Have a great day in the Lord, He has done it all for us.

Richly Enjoying Christ

"Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not high-minded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the Living God, Who giveth us richly all things to enjoy," 1 Timothy 6:17

Our Father has given us richly all things to enjoy. Look at what our He said to us: “all things to enjoy.” Our Father has given all things that pertain to life and godliness and He has not just given us enough to get by; all Father has richly bestowed them all on us. Our Father has given us all of Himself, what more do we need? Our Father will keep us unto salvation and He will keep us unto eternal life. Our Father has richly given us all of His Holy Spirit, so that we might be filled with the fullness of God and so that we can know all things. We have been richly given the spotless Blood of Christ, which has totally redeemed and sanctified us. All of this has been given freely and richly to us, and now through Christ we are partakers of our Fathers Divine nature! Through the love and power of Christ we have escaped the corruption of this world. God gave us richly all of His things to enjoy, now honestly ask yourself this: is the Church richly enjoying them? Are you enjoying them? Faith comes from hearing the Truth that sets us free!

Everyday we need to hear this Truth: that our Father loved us so much, He loves you so much, that He did something to insure that we would spend eternity with Him. And that eternity began the day that you were called and chosen by Him and empowered to make Jesus the Lord of your life. Once you have truly been empowered by the Holy Spirit to say, "yes I believe and trust in Jesus as Lord," our Father will richly keep you! From that very moment God will richly give you all things to enjoy! It’s born into us to have a spirit and a mind that takes no thought for the flesh and sin, because through Christ we are righteousness minded, not sin conscious. Through Christ we follow after the Spirit and are no longer carnal minded which is death, we follow after the Truth which is life and peace. The Blood of Jesus is bigger than we are, it has provided us access to the very Divine nature of our Father, it allows us to live for God as Jesus lives for God, Romans 6:5-11.
Our Father knows our needs and He knows the weakness of the flesh and He took care of all of it. Satan wants us to stay in condemnation, he will say that our flesh is evil; our flesh is weak, our flesh, our flesh. But we know the Truth that Jesus has washed our bodies with pure water. We know that our Father is our Shepherd. We know that Jesus is our Head, that God is our Gardener, and that He will keep us through the power of His Spirit that is within us, so that we may be given all things by Him to richly enjoy! And our weak flesh can't do anything to stop the power and love of our Father to work through us to further His Kingdom, of which we are part of! When we are weak, our Father is strong! Our flesh has been quickened together with Christ by the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead. Cast the burden of your flesh onto God and enter freely into His rest; our Father has given His peace to you to richly enjoy! Through Christ we have been richly given faith to enjoy, love, peace, joy, discernment, hope, forgiveness, miracles, healings, needs, wants, knowledge, wisdom, and most importantly Christ to richly enjoy!

We Are One With The Power Of Our Father

"Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of everlasting covenant, Make you perfect in every good work to do His will, working in you that which is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ; to Whom be glory for ever and ever. A-men." Hebrews 13:20-21

This is true godly service, allowing God to work through you on His level, not on your human level. Our Fathers normal is our miraculous, and He said that He would do above all that we can think of or ask for, and He said that He would do it by the power of His might that is at work within us! Our Father is concerned with our whole person, the whole spirit, the whole soul, and the whole body. Virtue allows us to give as our Father gives and Jesus has given us His virtue and all of the other things that pertain unto life and godliness. We have been redeemed with the Blood of Christ and we have been freely justified by it. We are born again, we are born again by the very Spirit of God, and we are one with Him, just as the branch is one with the vine. Through Christ we are now one with the complete and full miraculous power of our Father, Who came from nowhere, stood on nothing, and spoke and here it all is!

So often we want to believe that we have to do the works. But here in Hebrews 13 we plainly see that it is our Father within us making us perfect and it is His will working through us. Our Father is not passively sitting by waiting on us to act. He is active and alive in us, causing us to carry out His will and because He is all things now work together for our good.

Jesus Is Still Virtuous Through Us

“And Jesus said, Who touched Me? When all denied, Peter and they that were with Him said, Master, the multitude throng thee and press thee, and sayest Thou, Who touched Me? And Jesus said, Somebody hath touched Me: for I perceive that virtue is gone out of me. And when the woman saw that she was not hid, she came trembling, and falling down before Him, she declared unto Him before all the people for what cause she had touched Him, and how she was healed immediately.” Luke 8:45-47

All of the verses that we have studied together are Truth, there is not one lie within them. So if we truly believe them, what should the Church be doing with them, and how should we look? In Luke 8 we see that Jesus was just walking down the street and virtue was overflowing from Him, He didn’t even have to give it; it could be grasped by those around Him! Through the will of God we have been called unto virtue and through Christ we are partakers of God’s Divine Nature. This is how Jesus lived, so shouldn’t this be happening in the Church today that Jesus lives in? I mean everywhere Jesus went people where healed, it wasn’t just a once and a while thing; actually when it didn’t happen, Jesus marveled at the unbelief of the people. “Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that beliveth on Me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto the Father.” John 14:12 Jesus never took credit, He always said that it was God within Him Who was doing the works, and then He said that God would use us to do the same things. Well of course He will, because God never changes, if He did it through Jesus, He will do it through us. Our Father did it through the Apostles, through those in the Upper Room, and He did it through Paul, and Jesus says that He will do it through all who believe. God is always in abundance, even when He is in us, and He is always virtuous, even when He is in us!

We Are A Chosen Generation

"But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of Him Who hath called you out of the darkness into His marvelous light:" 1 Peter 2:9

This is a fundamental Truth that the Church needs to grow up in, the Truth that through Christ we are now in the Light of God. “This then is the message we have heard of Him, and declare unto you, that God is Light, and in Him is no darkness at all.” 1 John 1:5 "At that day ye shall know that I am in My Father, and ye in Me, and I in you." John 14:20

"For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:" 1 Peter 3:18

"According as His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and promises: that by these ye may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped corruption that is in this world through lust. " 2 Peter 1:3-4

We are now in our Father's Light, at the very moment that God empowered us to say yes to Jesus as Lord, His glorious Light drove out our darkness. Christ suffered once to bring us to God. The Blood that was shed by Jesus at the Cross has allowed our Father to perfect us in every good work, and it has allowed Him to give us all things that pertain unto life and unto godliness. Because of the Blood of Jesus we now have the knowledge of God and we know that He has called us unto glory and virtue, whereby we are given exceeding great promises and we know that we are now partakers of His Divine Nature. Through Christ we have escaped corruption and we are now in the Light! The Just was given for the unjust; the price of sin has been paid in full for us who have been chosen!

We Are In God's Light, Enjoy It

"But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of Him Who hath called you out of the darkness into His marvelous light:" 1 Peter 2:9

We have been chosen by God Himself! Our Father has empowered us with His very Spirit to be a royal priesthood, to be holy, and because He has done these things for us, we are peculiar! Don’t you just love that; God says that we are peculiar! And we are! Think about it? In the world there is tribulation, but through the power of Christ we are of good cheer. If we get slapped on the left cheek, we are strong in the power of our Fathers might to offer up our right one. We now have peace that passes all understanding. We live to serve and while we have all of the power and victory and glory of God within us, we esteem others higher than we esteem ourselves. We believe that to be great, we have to be the biggest servants. We actually look forward to death, death where is thy victory, grave where is thy sting? The world looks at history to try and figure God out, we simply see Him by faith and even our faith is not our own, it’s Jesus’. We speak of a Savior that we have never seen with our physical eyes, yet we are intimately acquainted with Him through the very Spirit of God. We are all of these things so that we can be used to show forth the praises of God, Whom has called us out of darkness and into His glorious Light! Through Christ we are peculiar, and that is such a great thing!

We Are As Jesus Is, Even In This World

“Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the Day of Judgment: because as He is, so are we in this world.” 1 John 4:17

As Jesus is, so are we in this world; so as Jesus speaks, so do we in this world! Jesus spoke that there is none good, none but God, and it is now God doing His works through us. Yet we stand in perfection and glory because the only Good One has used the perfect Blood of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, to make us that way! We are saved because of Jesus, we are glorified because of Jesus, we are perfect and sanctified because of Jesus, and through Jesus’ Blood, our Father has done it all for us. The Blood of Jesus was the tool our Father needed that allowed us all to be as our Lord is. Faith comes from hearing and hearing from the Word of God. Our Father is not a man that He should lie, and if our Father said the Blood has done all of this for us, than the Blood of Jesus has done all of this for us!

Jesus Who thought that it wasn’t robbery to be called equal with God; took on the form of a servant for a little while and then went up and took His rightful place with God. Let this mind that was in Jesus be in you. Jesus knew Who He was, He knew Who God was, He knew He was born of God, and He served by the power of God that was within Him. So tell me, where are we different? Jesus did it all by the power of our Father, He did nothing on His own, so where are we different? Were we born of a different Spirit? Did God send a different Holy Spirit to us then He sent Jesus? Do we do any works on our own? There is only one difference, and it is a huge difference, Jesus is our Lord, but we have our Lord’s Spirit, we have our Lord’s Father, and we are one with our Lord! It is our Lord working within us to carry out every perfect work that is fully pleasing unto our Father! Jesus is our Head, He is the Vine, and the same life force that runs through the Vine runs through the branches!

Be blessed and Jesus is Lord!

The Blood Of Jesus Justifies Us

"Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him." Romans 5:9

Do you see why our Father had Paul write that there is now no condemnation for us in Romans 8:1? How could there be condemnation when the Blood of Jesus has justified us, cleansed us, allowed us to be in God’s holiest. Jesus' Blood has perfected us, liberated us, glorified us, purified us internally and externally, and redeemed us completely? This is the Stumbling Stone that is Jesus, it takes being truly humble to accept these Truth’s, and it takes the Holy Ghost dwelling within us to even begin to think about having them. But if you are saved, you have them!

Why is it so important that these Truths that we have been studying together be true? I mean Jesus could have just saved us, but never really empowered us. They are important so that we can serve and so that our Father can fulfill through us the very purpose of our creation! Our Father said let us make man in Our image and Jesus said the world would believe because we are now one with Him! Our Father made us in His very image so that we could have true fellowship with Him.

Think about fellowship, you can have a companion, yet if the companion is so far above you or beneath you in abilities and understanding, there really isn’t perfected fellowship. To have true fellowship you have to be equal. A man can’t have true fellowship with a dog, even though there is companionship, there isn’t equality and there is no perfect fellowship. To have fellowship and to truly serve the needs of the world, it has to be that what Jesus is, so are we, and that means Who He is, so are we, even in this world, the two of us have become one flesh. As Jesus is so are we in this world! Jesus said it, and He said it over and over again, and then He had the Apostles and others write it! We are now members of His Body, of His Flesh, and His Bones! That is how great our salvation is, Jesus freely shed His Blood so that we could be one with Him!

Jesus' Blood Sanctifies Us

"Wherefore Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people with His own blood, suffered without the gate." Hebrews 13:12
The Blood of Jesus allows our Father to sanctify us. The Greek word for sanctified is, Hagiazo, Strong’s Concordance Number 37, it means:

to render or acknowledge, or to be venerable or hallow
to separate from profane things and dedicate to God
consecrate things to God
dedicate people to God
to purify
to cleanse externally
to purify by expiation: free from the guilt of sin
to purify internally by renewing of the soul

Because of the Blood of Christ we are now hallowed, we are now separated from profane things, we are now consecrated to our Father. We are now cleansed externally and internally, and we are now free from the guilt of sin! The Blood of our Lord and Savior, of our Friend, of our Head, our Shepherd Jesus, has made us all of these things and His Blood has allowed our Father to perfect us. Jesus' Blood has allowed God to perform every good work through us and to do that which is pleasing to Him. We have been redeemed with the very Blood of God and His Blood is powerful stuff!

"Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious Blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot;" 1 Peter 1:18-19

The Blood Of Jesus Allows God To Make Us Perfect

"Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of everlasting covenant, Make you perfect in every good work to do His will, working in you that which is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ; to Whom be glory for ever and ever. A-men." Hebrews 13:20-21

The God that bore our Lord and Savior Jesus from a virgin, the God Who came from nowhere and Who stood on nothing and spoke and everything came into existence, the God Who delivered Jesus from the pits of Hell, the same God, with all of the same power, has made you and I perfect through the Blood of Christ! Look at what the Bible teaches us, do not look at religion, look at the Word of God, God has made us perfect in every good work by the everlasting Blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Every work that is pleasing to God, through the power of the Blood of Christ, He has made us perfect in that work! God is working in us because of Jesus’ Blood, God is working within us, A-men God is working in us!

Jesus came and He perfectly did that which was pleasing to God. Jesus never once failed at anything, every task and every work that was needed to secure our salvation, Jesus completed through the power of God that was perfectly within Him! Yet Jesus said that He was not good. “And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou Me good? None is good, save One, that is, God.” Luke 18:19 Did Jesus lie? Our Savior said only God was good, and our Savior said that it was God within Him Who did all of the works. Jesus said these things and accomplished these things in the same way that we can, because of God’s fullness that is now within us! God uses the Blood of Christ to make us perfect, He uses His Spirit to empower us, just as His Spirit empowered Jesus; God does it all. And faith comes from hearing the Truth and the Truth sets us free! And the Truth is that the Blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus has made all who have been chosen by God and empowered by His Spirit to be perfect!

Complete Liberty In Christ

“So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.” James 2:2

Through the power of Christ greatness has been freely bestowed on us. Our Father has placed His laws on our hearts and in our minds, and He remembers our sins no more. We have been freely given the mind of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and God’s Laws are now on our minds and they are in our hearts, you see where I am going? Our Father tells us that He remembers our sins no more. This is His New Testament Law of Liberty, this is why Jesus came and allowed Himself to be offered on the Cross! We are now under the Law of Grace, which means we have gained favor with God, apart from any of our own works. Our righteousness is based on Jesus’ works, not on our keeping ordinances and commandments. The Law of Liberty proclaims that Jesus has paid the price in full; this is what our Father has placed in our hearts and in our minds, the Law of Liberty through Jesus Christ, Grace! The Law of Love, which encompasses every other commandment, has been placed permanently in our hearts by God Himself.

Our Father has also enacted the Law of Forgiveness under the New Covenant, and that Law is now in our hearts and on our minds as well. The Law of Forgiveness governs our Father, it is His desire, and it is Jesus’ desire; think of the price that He paid to obtain us. Remember how David wrote that blessed is the man whom God never counts his sin against him? Well that is you and I in Christ! This is in our mind, this is in our heart, it has been born into us, its part of our Godly DNA. It may not be mature in all of us, but it’s in every saved person, and faith, or maturity, comes from hearing the Word. We should be as our Father is in this world and if He doesn’t remember our sin, than we shouldn’t remember our sin. As far as the East is from the West, so far should our sins be removed into the sea of forgetfulness!

The Law on our mind and in our hearts tells us that we are sanctified wholly only because of Jesus. The Law of Liberty tells us that Jesus preserves our whole spirit, soul, and body blameless until the day He returns. The Law of Liberty on our minds proclaims that we now have boldness and access to the holiest through the Blood of Christ! The Law in our hearts cries out that we have been washed in pure water and that our evil consciences are done away with and we have full assurance of this because Jesus is faithful to do it! The Law within us teaches that we are sanctified and when any human or devil tries to bring condemnation on us, the Law of Liberty in Christ Jesus decrees that there is now no condemnation for us, Romans 8:1. Grace has won and we know that we can boldly enter the Holiest God has, because Jesus has given us free access to it. And not only do we have access to our Father's Holiest, which is great in and of itself, we also know that we can boldly enter the Holiest because our Father wants us to. God wants us to be in the Holiest with Him. How awesome is that?

Through Christ We Have Boldness To Enter The Holiest

"This is the covenant I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin. Having therefore, brethren boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus. By a new living way, which He hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, His flesh;" Hebrews 10:16-20

Why is this so important to come to accept this Truth? Because the Truth will set us free! In Hebrews 10 God wrote boldness, a-men we now have boldness, boldness because of the Blood of our Savior Jesus. Through Christ we now have boldness to enter into the Holiest. The Blood of Jesus allows us to not just be holy, oh no, the Blood allows us to go into the Holiest! The Blood gives us the ability to be completely unified with God, in constant fellowship with our Father we are! I don’t know about you, but most of the Christians I meet are hung up on a humans ability to truly be holy, let’s move past that beginning principle and let’s go on to perfection, let’s go on to boldly being in the Holiest as our Lord is in the Holiest! The church is sin focused, we preach about the consequences of it, the destruction of it, the hurt found in it, and we never seem to get around to the Blood allowing us to have boldness to go to the Holiest place. I saw this and I thought a-men Father, holy isn’t good enough, with You Father we need to be in the Holiest and through the strength of our Dad that is within us, we should be bold and expect it and desire it. This Truth has been placed into our hearts and written in our minds! We can’t get there on our own, even at our best, as Jesus said that John the Baptist was, we fall short of even holy. But the least in Jesus’ Kingdom, the least who has been called and chosen to be in Christ, is far greater than John! Through the strength of the Blood of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we have boldness to enter the Holiest!

The Condemned Have Become The Blameless

“Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?” 2 Corinthians 6:14

We have read over and over again that through the power of Christ we are now the Temples of the Holy Ghost and we here see that God proclaims that there is no fellowship between light and darkness. We have seen in the Word that God is Light and in Him there is no darkness at all. “This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is Light, and in Him is no darkness at all. 1 John 1:5 So if we are now in God, born of our Him, one with our Father, and if we are now His Temple, and if we are now members of His flesh, of His bones, and of His body, how is it that our flesh could not be pure as well? If the Blood of Jesus did not purify our flesh, than we would not be able to house the Holy Ghost, we would not be able to have fellowship with God, and we would be divided against ourselves. Jesus said that a divided house cannot stand. "And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand." Mark 3:25 The materials that made the Ark of the Covenant weren’t anything special until the Spirit indwelled that box, and then they sure were! Well how much more effect will the Holy Spirit purify the human vessels that He now indwells? Jesus was born from the Holy Spirit and of a corrupt woman, and yet His flesh was able to be offered as a pure and perfect sacrifice!

After all that we have learned, it can only be that when we said yes to Jesus, we were made whole, our whole spirit, our whole soul, and our whole body. That is the power of the Blood of Jesus Christ! "And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is He that calleth you, Who also will do it." 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 God will also do it, read that again, “Who also will do it!” There are absolutely no doubts written here, read the verses before and after it, no hesitations, and no stipulations; just free and simple grace, absolute salvation through Jesus Christ.

Our Bodies Have Been Washed With Pure Water

"Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for He is faithful that promised;)" Hebrews 10:22-23

This Truth is something that I want you to take notice of and really hold on to, the Truth that our bodies, our flesh, have been washed with pure water. Our flesh has been cleansed by Jesus’ sacrifice as well, not just our spirits. The Blood of Jesus is so powerful that it has saved our entire person. The power of the cross and the sacrifice of Jesus saved our spirits, our souls, and even saved our bodies, whether they are in the form they are now, or the form they will be in eternity.

"For we are members of His body, of His flesh, and of His bones." Ephesians 5:30

Think about it, when Jesus was here on the earth, manifested as a man, He was constantly dealing with fleshly woes. Our Father clearly knew and understood that we had problems with our flesh, so it only makes sense that He would do something about it. What kind of Father would keep allowing his kids to suffer at something that He had the solution to? Our Father had the solution because He equipped Jesus with it; Jesus was able to overcome the flesh by the power of God that He was one with. Jesus was perfect because God’s Spirit birthed Him, He was One with it, and we are now born again of that very Spirit, so that we too may be one with Him.

We Are Sanctified Once And For All

“By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all." Hebrews 10:10

Christ sanctifies us! God does not say that we will be sanctified, not that we are being sanctified, but that we are sanctified, once and for all. Can I get an A-men from the choir here. Oops my Pentecostal roots are showing. You can't see it but I am wiping my forehead with my hanky right now.

But seriously, how much plainer can God be than with all of these verses we have studied? Because of Jesus we are sanctified! Because of Jesus we are now and forevermore separates from profane things and we are dedicated to God. Because of Jesus we are set apart for Holy use and free from the guilt of sin. Because of Jesus our souls have been purified and we are now hallowed. Because of Jesus we have an eternal inheritance. And because of Jesus we are glorified with the exact same glory of our Father once and for all. God Himself preserves us, and we are preserved in the power of His strength until the day of the coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is so simple for the saved, it is so easy, and A-men it is so free, we are just born into it. Jesus loves us and that means that we have all that He has eternally!

Jesus Alone Sanctifies Us

“[Therefore I do not treat God’s gracious gift as something of minor importance and defeat its very purpose]; I do not set aside and invalidate and frustrate and nullify the grace (unmerited favor) of God. For if justification (righteousness, acquittal from guilt) comes through [observing the ritual] of the Law, then Christ (the Messiah) died groundlessly and to no purpose and in vain. [His death was then wholly superfluous].” Galatians 2:21 Amplified Bible

Don’t think for one second that we are to believe that the acts of sin are alright: murder, lies, stealing, adultery, whatever; they aren’t. But for those of us who have truly been empowered by the Holy Spirit to accept Jesus as Lord, these acts no longer separate us from our Father. We don’t come in and out of our salvation, our eternity isn’t based on us keeping a set of rules. Our eternity is based on Jesus, who fulfilled every rule!

What our Father has given us is complete and eternal freedom through Christ! We have been chosen by God to walk eternally with Him. We can do this only because of the power of Jesus’ sacrifice and because His Blood allowed us to be empowered and sealed with the very Holy Spirit of God. Our Father is now within us and we are now in Him. He is now given us His strength, His energy, His faith, His love, His hope, and His power to walk in full and complete righteousness. We are no longer trying to walk uprightly alone, we have God within us, and our Father is more than able and willing to keep us right! God may very well need to clean us up in some areas, but we have been born of perfection, and Dad is right here with us, one with us, and He is doing what is needed to fully equip us in righteousness.

We are perfect because the penalty of sin, that separated us from perfection, has been removed. The new Law, the Law that Jesus came and ratified with His Blood, says that if we are empowered by the Holy Spirit to accept Jesus as Lord, then we are made perfect in the sight of God. We are perfect because we are born again of perfection, our Father’s Incorruptible seed bore us, and He is perfect! Jesus was born of God and a woman, and our Father's perfection overrode the woman’s imperfection, His seed hasn’t changed, it’s done the same for us! We are sanctified not because we have done something right; we are sanctified because Jesus provided sanctification and gave it to us. We are glorified because Jesus asked God to glorify us; we are born of it, an apple tree does not produce grapes! Not only are we born of perfection, we are grafted into the Vine, which is Jesus, to insure that perfection and glory, and honor, and righteousness, continually and forever nourishes us and provides life for us. There is now no condemnation for us. Jesus has fulfilled the righteousness of the law within us. We have been delivered from the consequences and penalties of sin by a Savior Who did the job completely! Our freedom from guilt and our justification came solely from the acts of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

We Have All Of God Within Us, Just As Jesus Has All Of God

“And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.” Colossians 2:13-15
The power of Jesus’ salvation for us is that all of the do’s and don’ts of the Old Law, the things that we should do to live right, can now be fully achieved and actually walked in by us. Because it is now God within us Who is doing His works of righteousness and faith. We now have the same power working within us that Jesus had, it was God within Jesus doing His works, the Two were One. It was God Who was empowering Jesus to accomplish everything that was needed to save us, and we now have the same power of God within us! Jesus walked perfectly because He was God, and because of Jesus, we too are now one with God! I really hope you see this, God fully equipped Jesus with all of Himself and God’s intention was so that through Jesus we too may be fully equipped with all of His fullness. We are now members of Jesus body, we are one with His flesh, and we are bone of His bone! We are now one with our Lord, so as He is, so are we in this world, because greater is He that is within us, than he that is in the world!

Jesus Has Freed Us From The Condemnation Of Sin

'There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: that the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit," Romans 8:1-4

How is it that we are free from the law of sin and death, I mean just look at us? But according to our Father, we who are in Christ are now free from sin! The answer is very gracious, we don’t sin, because Jesus is just that great. He is that powerful, He is that loving, and He is that awesome! Because Jesus came and freely laid His life down and He absolutely and 100% fulfilled all of the needed requirements of the consequences of sin for us and through the eternal power our Lord, Who ever lives to intercede for us so that we might be saved to the uttermost, we are now totally free from sin.

We are not free from transgressions through our own actions, thank God we aren’t; we are free from sin only because of Jesus’ actions. The penalty has been paid; the consequences have been satisfied. We are free from sin and its powers because Jesus has accomplished what we could not do. The law said that if you sin, than there is death, or separation from God, there would be no eternal life where the penalty and price of sin still existed. But because of Jesus and because of His Blood, that law is now of no effect, the price has been paid, the debt is cancelled, the penalty is fulfilled. If you are empowered by the Holy Spirit to accept Jesus as Lord, there is no more separation by actions, there is no more condemnation, because we are redeemed, rescued, and delivered from the law of sin and death. Jesus is that Great!

Jesus Is Strong Enough

“And this is life eternal, that they might know Thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, Whom Thou hast sent.” John 17:3 “Whosoever abideth in Him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen Him, neither known Him.” 1 John 3:6 “For He says, in the time of favor (of an assured welcome) I have listened to and heeded your call, and I have helped you on the day of deliverance (the day of salvation). Behold now is truly the time of a gracious welcome and acceptance [of you from God]; behold now is the day of salvation!” 2 Corinthians 6:2 Amplified Bible

Take these three verses together along with Hebrews 9:15 and what do we see? “[Christ, the Messiah] is therefore the Negotiator and Mediator of an [entirely] new agreement (testament, covenant), so that those who are called and offered it may receive the fulfillment of the promised everlasting inheritance-since a death has taken place which rescues and delivers and redeems them from the transgressions committed under the [old] first agreement.”

We see that eternal life, or eternal inheritance, for us is to know God and to know Jesus. We see that Jesus is the One Who gave eternal life to us, through His death and sacrifice we have eternal life, only by His death do we have freedom. We do not have freedom and an eternal inheritance by us keeping a set of ordinances or laws, it’s not by our works that we have all of the fullness of God; it’s just a free and gracious gift that has been offered to us! The time of that gift is right now, it’s not a future promise, it’s a now promise! We see that this promise has rescued us from sin and Jesus has delivered us from it. How did He do it? He did it by fulfilling all of the requirements of the Law for us. That responsibility has been taken away from us, Jesus was the only One Who could do it and He did it; Jesus succeeded! We see in the Word of God that if we abide in Jesus we do not sin, and if you read on in 1 John 3 you will see that we don’t sin because Jesus is within us, it’s all His power, not ours. Jesus is strong enough, He is willing, and He is more than able to fulfill His calling of rescuing us completely from sin and all of its destructive powers!

We Are Promised Eternal Salvation

"And for this cause He is the Mediator of the New Testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance." Hebrews 9:15

Let’s read this verse from the Amplified Bible as well. “[Christ, the Messiah] is therefore the Negotiator and Mediator of an [entirely] new agreement (testament, covenant), so that those who are called and offered it may receive the fulfillment of the promised everlasting inheritance-since a death has taken place which rescues and delivers and redeems them from the transgressions committed under the [old] first agreement.” Hebrews 9:15 Amplified Bible

Jesus has offered us and He has given us a New Covenant, a totally New Covenant which guarantees our everlasting salvation. The Old Covenant was a covenant of works, the Ten Commandments, the Law, do these things and don’t do those things. The New Covenant that Jesus has given us is a Covenant of faith. Jesus has offered and chosen us to be part of a covenant that allows Him to be the Author and Finisher of our faith. So through the perfect power of our Lord and Savior we are now able to believe and completely trust in God. And since we now operate in the power of Jesus’ faith, God is able to accomplish His perfect works of righteousness through us. That is what it really boils down to, Jesus gave God the ability to be in Control of our lives and since He is, Jesus gave us the ability to live free from the burdens and distresses that came from Adams sin. We have received the fulfillment of the everlasting inheritance, which has redeemed us and delivered us from all sin.

Through Christ We Are Purged From Dead Works

"Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by His own blood He entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh; How much more shall the blood of Christ, Who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the Living God?" Hebrews 9:12-14

When I read all of the verses that we have studied together in these posts, I look in the mirror and have to say no, we are definitely not truly serving the Living God in the fullness of the power that Jesus came for us to have. But I am not hopeless, and I actually get excited because I believe that our Father is calling us and strengthening us with His very Own strength to be who He has born us to be. I have seen that I cannot do it and that you cannot do it, and even all of us put together cannot do it.  I do see though in our Fathers Word that He can absolutely do it through us. I have seen that it is His will, that it is His desire, and that He has provided a way and that He will cause us to walk in that way!

I believe that our Father is calling us to serve Him and that He is giving us the will, the mind, and the heart to serve Him. I believe that we are chosen to truly serve our Father as Jesus serves Him. Not with this false sense of humility that says, yeh but He was Jesus. But in power, because our Father has given us the mind of Christ. We have been made to be part Jesus’ body. We have been given the same Spirit that Jesus has and through the anointing of Christ we are now one with Him! If all of these things are true, if we are truly dead and if the only reason we live is because it is Jesus living within us, how could we serve God differently that Jesus serves Him?

This excites me to no end and as I talk to others they also are being directed by God this way. I honestly believe that the glorious church will not be divided, that we will serve our Father and that we will not have a false consciousness that condemns us, but one that glorifies God through action, thought, and deed! I believe that through Jesus we will be used by our Father to do the works that Jesus did and even greater ones. I believe that through Jesus we will have mature fellowship with our Father and that through Jesus we will be one and that the world will believe! America will believe, Asia, South America, Russia, Central America, Australia, the Middle East, the Far East, Africa, and Europe will all believe. I believe that through Christ we will be one and that the world will believe! Jesus prayed it in John 17, and I don’t think that He was wasting His time with just some words; this is God’s will, and thank You Father You have made it ours as well! The Word teaches us all of these things, and we have the Holy Spirit within us teaching them as well. They will be so, argue about them if you want, but our Father, Who is God, will not be stopped, and what He has spoken will come to pass!

Think about having a purged conscience, one that is fully and completely cleansed and think about being fully pleasing to God in every thought, word, and action. It’s not pie in the sky; it’s ours through the Blood of Christ. It’s who we are, it’s what we have been born of, it’s our inheritance, and in Jesus’ Name it will grow and mature within us, and it will come to pass before He returns, God has spoken it! Jesus loves you and so do I, in Him you will be blessed this day and every day for all of eternity, because as He is so are we in this world!

Do We Just Have A Form Of Godliness?

"And He said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In My name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover." Mark 16:15-18

Let me ask you this question, is the Church today really serving God in the fullness of His power, or do we have a form of godliness but deny the real and complete power of our Father? I don’t think that we are truly serving God in the power that Jesus came and died for us to have, not as a whole we aren’t. And here is why I believe this; Jesus teaches us in Mark 16 that signs will absolutely follow them who believe. So we have to ask ourselves, as a whole are these signs following the Church? Read in the Book of Acts, our older brothers and sisters were being used by our Father to do these things! Right from the very beginning of their salvation, babies in Christ were being used by God to raise the dead, to prophesy, and to heal all manner of sickness!

Jesus teaches us that all who believe should be one. “That they all may be one; as Thou, Father, art in Me, and I in Thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that Thou hast sent Me.” John 17:21

The question is: are we truly one? Look at how many different churches that we have, right across the street from each other, towns with less than 500 people have three and four different churches, in the Book of Acts our Father was adding 5000 people a day to one church! I hear it preached all of the time that we can agree to disagree, bull; our Father is not divided! Can the hand disagree with the arm? If it does the body is handicapped, is Christ handicapped? Look at what the Word says the Church should be like.

“And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.” Acts 2:1

One accord, one mind, the church is not one today, we are divided, different doctrines, creeds, and whatever other term we may want to use, but not one.

“For it hath been declared unto me of you, my brethren, by them which are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you. Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ. Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?” 1 Corinthians 1:11-13

Let me ask you what is the first question that you are asked when you tell someone that you are saved? Usually it is what church do you go to? Are you a Baptist, a Lutheran, a Methodist, a whatever, is Christ divided? Are we serving the Living God when denominations all seek their own interpretation? Faith that we should be one comes from hearing the Truth, and the Truth sets us free to be used by our Father with all of His fullness! Through Christ we will move onto perfection and the glorious church without spot, wrinkle, or blemish will shine brightly throughout all of the world and the captives will be set free!

The Power Of The Blood Of Christ

"Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by His own blood He entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh; How much more shall the blood of Christ, Who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the Living God?" Hebrews 9:12-14

God's love for us surpasses everything! He willingly, readily, and freely provides for us all of the needed requirements for our eternal fellowship. Our Father has fully equipped us with Himself to serve; He has left nothing out! Have you seen through His Word the enormous responsibility that God places on Himself to insure that we are never separated from Him? Religion wants to place all of that burden on us, but God has spoken that He is the One. He is our Father and Jesus is our Shepherd. God has placed His Spirit within us and He will cause us to walk in His ways. God is the One that will teach us all things through His Holy Spirit. God is the one that will meet our needs according to His riches and glory in Christ Jesus. Our Father is the One that will heal us by Jesus’ stripes. We have God’s mind through Christ, He has given us His angels to protect us, and He can now use us to do all things through Christ Who strengthens us and without Him we can do nothing! It’s all God; He even Authors and Finishes the faith we need to accept these Truths. It’s all God, He accomplished everything needed for us, He provides everything that pertains to our godliness, He is the Beginning and the End, the Alpha and the Omega, the First and He is the Last.

And the precious Blood of Christ has obtained our eternal salvation and the Blood of Christ has purged our consciences from dead works so that we may serve the Living God. “I in them, and Thou in Me, that they may be made perfect in One; and that the world may know that Thou hast sent Me, and hast loved them, as Thou hast loved Me.” John 17:23 "For both He that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause He is not ashamed to call them brethren." Hebrews 2:11 “For we are members of His body, of His flesh, and of His bones.” Ephesians 5:30 “I am crucified with Christ; nevertheless I live, yet not I, but Christ liveth in me; and the life I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, Who loved me, and gave Himself for me.” Galatians 2:20

Jesus Has Saved Us To Perfection

“By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better Testament.” Hebrews 7:22

“Wherefore He is able to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by Him, seeing He ever liveth to make intercession for them.” Hebrews 7:25

Through the power of Christ we are saved to the uttermost, we are now perfected by Christ. Through Christ we are now nigh unto God, and through Christ we are now the children of Light! Jesus teaches us in Matthew 11:6 that if we will accept and not stumble at His Truth than truly we will be blessed. Jesus has given us the Holy Spirit and through the strength of the very Spirit of God, our Father will reveal the Truth of who we are in Christ to us. What Jesus has done for us is our foundation and now its time to move past the beginning principles of Christ, and through the full power of our Savior move on to perfection! Faith comes from hearing and faith is the evidence of things hoped for, if we are saved these Truths are in us, we are born of them, they will nourish us and feed us.

Jesus came not to just show us how great He was, but to show us how great we could be in Him and He could be in us! Jesus came so that we could be one, just exactly as He and God our One! This is how the world will believe and be saved. This is how the dead will be raised, the blind will see, the deaf will hear, and the Gospel will be preached to every nation.

The Hope Of Being Perfect, Draws Us Nigh To God

"For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God." Hebrews 7:19

Look at what God teaches us here; the hope that brings perfection also draws us nigh to Him. The more that we realize that we are perfect, fully equipped, mature, or whatever other term we may use, the more we will draw nigh to God. My kids and I are close, but when they were infants, babies, the relationship was one sided, Beth and I served them, they loved us and we loved them, but as they have grown we have even become closer. They know me, and I know them. I am still their dad, yet we are also friends, and as each day goes by, we become closer and closer. The same is true with God, as we grow, we grow nigh, it’s not that we become perfect, no, we are already there by Christ, we can’t help it, our Father birthed us into perfection on the day of our salvation. But do grow to understand our perfection. Now just as with Kennedy and Lauren this understanding is not one sided, totally dependent upon them, Beth and I have raised them, taught them, showed them, directed them, and the same is true with God. The only way that we can understand our perfection in Christ is by God being intimately involved in the learning process! Our Father will never leave us or forsake us and He has allowed us to become one with the Holy Spirit to teach us all things!

The wisdom of man states that our perfection comes to us by our works, our actions. If we mess up than obviously we are not perfect, but if we don’t mess up than we are perfect. Praise God we don’t have to deal in the wisdom of man, we are allowed to deal in God’s wisdom and God say’s we are perfect by Jesus and only by Him. This is foolishness to most, but not to those who have accepted it. There is no work we could ever do that would make us perfect, yet we have received a freedom that passes all understanding, we are perfect just because the One Who created it all gave it to us. The price wasn’t free, Jesus paid dearly, yet for you and I who are saved, it is just freely obtained. Through the power of Christ we just accept it. A Stumbling Stone to everyone except those who have looked to the Light and who have stepped out of darkness.

We Are Made Perfect By Christ

“I in them, and Thou in Me, that they may be made perfect in One; and that the world may know that Thou hast sent Me, and hast loved them, as Thou hast loved Me.” John 17:23

“Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.” Matthew 5:48

As Paul wrote in Hebrews, let us go on to perfection and as Jesus said to us, be perfect even as God is perfect. These are two awesome statements of faith. Perfection is not an unattainable goal of the believer. Why isn’t it, because perfection comes from Christ. Look at what Jesus said to us in John 17:23. He taught us that our unity with Him and the oneness that it brings with God makes us perfect. Now how cool is Luke 6:40, Jesus said that everyone who is perfect shall be like his master. Jesus is our Master, we are perfect because of our Master, Jesus, and we are like Him even while on this earth, if He lives within us, 1 John 4:17. Jesus is in us and we are in Him, and we all are in God, and all are made perfect in One! Jesus said it, now do you actually believe Him or do you believe some bumper sticker that says we aren’t perfect just forgiven?

The reason that we have to continue to talk about our perfection in Christ is because Jesus teaches us that it is how the world will know that God sent Him, and it is how the world will know that God loves them every bit as much as He loves Jesus! The world, America, China, Europe, Asia, Africa, Israel, the Middle East, Russia, South America, and Australia, the world! The world being a glorious church in Christ, without spot, wrinkle, or blemish! Our Father would that all men be saved and perfection by Christ is how we can be! This is the Day of our Salvation and now is our accepted time!

The Hope Of Christ Has Made Us Perfect

"For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God." Hebrews 7:19

"Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith towards God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment." Hebrews 6:1-2

Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.” Matthew 5:48

The disciple is not above his master: but everyone that is perfect shall be as his master.” Luke 6:40

I in them, and Thou in Me, that they may be made perfect in One; and that the world may know that Thou hast sent Me, and hast loved them, as Thou hast loved Me.” John 17:23

“That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. Howbeit, we speak wisdom among them that are perfect; yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princess of this world, that come to naught.” 1 Corinthians 2:5-6

Religious laws have never made anyone perfect. Even if we could have kept and followed perfectly the do’s and the don’ts of the Law, we still would not be perfect. Works have never made anyone perfect, but the hope of Salvation through Jesus Christ does! Notice that God does not say to us in Hebrews that this hope will make us perfect, but that it did make us perfect! Trying to keep rules never worked and it never will, but being empowered by the Holy Spirit to allow Jesus to Author and Finish our faith will work, and it will work each and every time that it is done. Works do not make us righteous or perfect, however being righteous and perfect will produce works, and it will produce everlasting fruit that brings praise and glory to God! And we have the peace of our Lord that passes all understanding, and that peace is that it is our Father within us doing the works!

Let's Move Past The Doctrine Of Faith

"Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith towards God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment." Hebrews 6:1-2

Is Jesus laying a foundation of faith for Himself towards God, no way, it’s settled and complete for Him. There is no question to Jesus that God is it; He is the way, the answer, and the provider, God is the All! “Looking unto Jesus the Author and Finisher of our faith; Who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:2

God has made us one with His power to live as Jesus lives, never having any doubts about Who our Father is, what He is, how He is, and what is the greatness of His love towards us. Just as Jesus knows the breadth, length, height, and depth of our Fathers love, so do we! Through Christ we are now one with and have possession of the perfect and complete faith of Jesus Christ, just as Jesus is one with it, no difference, because Jesus has given it all to us! Through Christ perfection is for us! Two plus two is four, we can move on past this Truth to division, multiplication, algebra, and trigonometry. The truth of two plus two is still there, but there is more, and there is more for us than just believing that God is, and believing that He will reward those who are empowered by the Holy Spirit to believe He will reward us. The Truth of 1 John 4:17, as He is, so are we in this world, awaits us! And the peace here is that we know beyond any shadow of a doubt that Jesus will completely lead us in the path of this righteousness for His Name’s sake!

Leaving The Principal of Repentance?

"Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith towards God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment." Hebrews 6:1-2

So as we are considering Jesus, Who He is, what He is, how He is, what He is like, consider this: is He repenting from dead works? No, so we too can move past that, because as He is so are we in this world! “Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over Him; For in that He died, He died unto sin once, but in that He liveth, He liveth unto God. Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:9-11

Satan and man want us to look at ourselves to see just how powerful God is, but the Truth that has set us free is that we look to Jesus and through Him we live and enjoy the full power of salvation. Jesus is our strength, He is our ability, because we live in the power of His capabilities. He Authors and Finishes our faith. He leads us in the paths of righteousness. He has given us and made us one with His joy, His peace, His Spirit, His love, His power, His freedom, His wisdom and knowledge, and we are now strong in all of the power of His might! Jesus has been freed from ever even considering dead works, and we are now one with Him, we are now His body, His flesh, and His bone, and as He is free from dead works, so are we, even while in this world!

Move To Perfection: Part 2

"Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith towards God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment." Hebrews 6:1-2

Look at what the Holy Spirit has Paul write, that faith towards God is considered to be a beginning principle of Christ. God says let’s move on past this to perfection. Let’s move on past baptisms; let’s move on past the laying on of hands, and move past eternity? These principles are the main focuses of church today, and obviously they were over a thousand of years ago as well. But there is more and God wants us to go there, and through the power of Christ we will.

Perfection is Jesus, plain and simple, Jesus is our example of perfection. So let’s consider Him, let’s move on towards His standard. The first thing to remember is our example of perfection repeatedly said that it was God within Him. They talked about the miraculous works that He did and Jesus said that it was God within Him Who did the works. They called Jesus good, and He said none was good but God. Jesus our example of perfection was perfect because God made Him that way. Jesus never spoke of Himself as the Author of perfection. He never spoke of His own efforts allowing Him to be perfect. He was perfect because God made Him that way, and God made Jesus that way by making Him of Himself! The two were and are One! Now, who are we one with? Who are we born of? Whose body are we? Who gave us a new heart? Whose Spirit abides within us, and Whose mind do we now have? Whose seed are we born from? When we are born again, we were born just as Jesus was, of a woman and of God! Jesus is perfect because of God, and God loves us just as He loves Him! And through Christ we are now one with God, as Jesus is One with God.

Lets Move On To Perfction

"Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith towards God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment." Hebrews 6:1-2

Did God just say that we should leave the principles of the doctrine of Christ? Wow, can you imagine standing up in church today and saying let’s leave the doctrines of Christ and move on to perfection? I believe the congregation would pick up stones and bring to a swift end such heresy, or politely ask you to leave, yet God had it written hundreds of years ago, why? Stop and really think about it, why did the Holy Ghost have this written, that we should leave the principles of Christ?

Look at what God was saying here in Hebrews, they were continuing to lay the foundation of repentance from dead works. Think of today’s church. Most people don’t believe that they actually can walk without dead works; the foundation of such power has never been laid, yet alone re-laid. How many alter calls have you seen where the preacher goes beyond calling the lost to calling anyone who has fallen short that week? I was involved in a Bible Study where the preacher actually would start the studies with reading a verse, than follow it up by asking who failed at it. There is little to no hope to be found in religion that dead works can be done away with on this earth and perfection can be obtained. This is because religion focuses on us, not on Jesus; the One Who will bring perfection to us. When you are empowered by the Holy Spirit to look at Jesus, perfection is easily accepted, because the burden of perfection has been cast on the One Who it should be. “Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you.” 1 Peter 5:6-7 Jesus is perfection and He ever lives to intercede for us so that we may be saved to the uttermost.

The Word of our Father teaches us that as Jesus is, so are we in this world, 1 John 4:17. Our Father tells us to consider ourselves to be dead to sin and alive to Him, just as Jesus is dead to sin and alive to Him, Romans 6:11. And our Father tells us that faith is the evidence of things hoped for, and that faith comes from hearing the Word of God. So we need to encourage each other with the Truth that sets us free and the Truth is that Jesus is our power of perfection. We serve God with His abilities, not with our human ones. Faith is actually our Lords ability to believe, not ours, because Jesus is the Author and Finisher of our faith! Through Christ we can actually live without dead works and we can live as one in the full and complete power of our Father, just as Jesus does!

Preach The Fullness Of Salvation

"Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost: Which He shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior;” Titus 3:5-6

God has given us the Holy Ghost abundantly! We are now heirs with Jesus, we are now saved, we are now God’s children, we are now perfect, we are now pure, we are now sanctified, we are now holy, and we can go on and on. Salvation is awesome; remember I asked at the beginning of our studies why should we want to be saved? Do you now see why salvation is so great, not only for tomorrow, but for today? We all talk about Jesus, and we should, we absolutely should praise Him, glorify Him, thank Him, worship and honor Him, it’s all because of Him. But when we think of His absolute glory and power, we have to remember that He gave us all of it and has made us one with it as well. Jesus held nothing back from us; we have the complete fullness of God just as He does. We are one with Him, and the only reason we are alive is because He is alive within us. It can be no other way; we are what Jesus is. We are born of the same seed, we are anointed with the same anointing, we have the same Spirit, and praise God we are heirs with Him! He is our Vine that produces much fruit through us!

We cannot candy coat this. People are hurting, they are scared, confused, sick, angry, and they need to know that God is ready, willing, and able to do all of these things for them. Religion is not working! To often we shy away from talking about the Holy Ghost being one with us. It sounds to far-fetched. We think we need to be cautious, if we talk like this people may be turned off. My God they need to hear it, they don't need some watered down version of salvation, they need to hear it as God's Word proclaims it!

What will do more damage, telling it like God tells it or candy coating the message, giving just enough Truth to tickle the ear? God says that He will spit the lukewarm ones out of His mouth, Revelation 3:15. Look how Jesus talked to the people, they did not have the Holy Ghost, and they had never seen or heard anything like what He was saying. Jesus never candy coated it; they wanted to throw Him over a cliff for what He was teaching. So why is there now so much concern over running people off with the absolute Truth? Wolves in sheep’s clothing, having a form of godliness, but denying the power of it, ever learning but never coming to the knowledge of the Truth is why!

Religion has failed, God has not, so talk as our Father talks, His Word is alive within us! God’s Word will not fall void to the earth. Heaven and earth will pass away, but God’s Word will still be, so if He said we are justified it’s so. If God said perfect, preserved, heirs, glorified, and sanctified, regardless of what we think, these verses are fact. We can either be humble and accept the awesome glories that God has freely bestowed on us and allow Jesus to Author and Finish the faith in us to walk in them or we can be arrogant and deny them, in a self-condemning humility trying to raise God up by focusing on our own human frailties, either way we go these Truth’s will stand!

"For both He that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause He is not ashamed to call them brethren." Hebrews 2:11

Through Christ We Have Everything That Jesus Has

That being justified by His grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life." Titus 3:7

We are saved by God’s mercy and His Holy Spirit has renewed us. God has Paul write in Romans 6 that our old self has been crucified with Christ. In Galatians Paul writes that we are crucified with Christ, yet nevertheless we live, because it is now Christ living within us. So of course we are justified, how could we be anything but justifed? If we are alive and one with Christ, how could we be unjustified? Jesus isn’t, and we are now alive with Him and united with Him, so neither are we! We are filled with the fullness of God and we are abundantly supplied with and one with His Holy Spirit and that means something! It passes knowledge, it gives strength, ability, it grounds us and settles us on the Truth and the Truth sets us free!

We are not only supplied with this abundance of Christ, we are heirs with Jesus. God looks at you and I and He sees us in the exact same way that He sees Jesus, which is One with Him! How many times have we studied that God loves us exactly as He loves Jesus, John 17:23?

When God sent Jesus to this world, He fully equipped Him to complete the task, and He has done exactly the same for us. We lack absolutely nothing needed to be as Jesus is on this earth. We are heirs and that means if Jesus has it, so do we. “Everything that the Father has is Mine. That is what I meant when I said that He [the Spirit] will take the things that are Mine and will reveal (declare, disclose, transmit) it to you.” John 16:15 Amplified

An Abundnant Holy Ghost

"Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost: Which He shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior; That being justified by His grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life." Titus 3:5-7

God shed His Spirit on us abundantly, praise God, abundantly! We didn’t get just some little smidgen of God. No, He has shed Himself on us abundantly! "That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God. Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. A-men." Ephesians 3:16-21

Everywhere we turn in the Word of our Father, Old Testament or New Testament, He writes that He has given us all of His completeness and fullness through Christ. And He doesn’t say that He has just given us them either, but that we are one with them, just as Jesus is One with them! We never read that we are limited; we never read that God asked us to go it alone. When God talks about us, He uses Words like abundance, completeness, perfection, glory, preservation, pure, justification, and perfection! According to God we are all of these things, because Jesus came and He came so that we might have life and have it more abundantly as HE has life and has it abundantly!

How Pure Can We Be?

"Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the Sons of God; therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew Him not. Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as He is pure." 1 John 3:2-3

Through Christ just how pure can we be? Are there any limits for our purity, because we do by the way still have flesh and blood? The answer for us is glorious. The power of our Savior is absolute: through Christ there are no limits for God’s children. If we have the hope of Jesus; we are pure even as Jesus is pure! This only makes sense, look Who is purifying us, we aren’t pure through our own efforts, we are pure through Jesus’ and His standard is perfection, so of course we are pure as He is pure!

If you know and understand that you are pure only because of Jesus, then you will never struggle with this level of purity. However, if you are trying to earn it, or trying to obtain purity through your own human efforts, faith in absolute purity will be an offense and a stumbling block for you, something that is almost even an abomination to think of. But for the truly saved, our strength lies solely with Jesus and our Saviors Blood has the ability, the power, and the will to purify us to His perfect level of purity! We are perfect even as our Father in Heaven is perfect, because our Father has made us that way through Christ! Christians are perfect, because we have been forgiven and because the shed and eternal Blood of our Savior is that powerful!

"And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is He that calleth you, Who also will do it." 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24

Ask yourself this, what did Jesus have to do to be pure other than to be born of God? If Jesus was made pure by His works, we could stand and argue that He didn’t live long enough to prove it. I mean He was only in His thirties when He suffered the temptation of the Cross, could He have done it in is sixties? But the Truth is that Jesus was just born pure. He was One with God from the beginning, our Father made Him that way. We have the same Father, the exact same Spirit, and the exact same birth as Jesus. Jesus was born of a woman and of the Spirit, and you and I have been born again of a woman and of the Spirit!

With our Father all things are possible: purity, perfection, sanctification, power, love, faith that moves mountains, being completely blameless, free from all iniquity, these are all of our blessings through Christ Who strengthens us! Be blessed in the power of His might because as He is, so are we even while in this world!

Jesus Has Purified Us

"Who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto Himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works." Titus 2:14

We are pure because Jesus gave Himself for us, so that all who would ever be empowered to accept Him as Lord would be redeemed from all iniquity. Jesus gave Himself for us and He purified us unto Himself! So if you have been chosen by God and have said yes to Jesus, all things are now pure for you and since you are pure, God Himself makes you zealous for good works! And producing fruit brings glory to our Father and through good works we prove ourselves to be His disciples!

Jesus gave Himself for us, so that we could become one with Him, and through our unity and oneness the world will believe and be saved! Our Father will be praised in the midst of hopelessness and through us victory will arise out of chaos. As we see a rise in terrorism and evil within the world, rejoice, because for us everything is pure. When the world sees doubt, our Father allows us to see faith. When the world sees hatred, through Christ we see and enjoy the presence of love. And when the world has no answers, we have the mind of Christ and the Holy Spirit, so that we may know all things! Everything is now pure for us and through the power of God’s might, we will be used to shed it abroad. Through Christ the world will be saved!

All Things Are Pure For The Saved

"Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled. They profess they know God; but in works they deny Him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate." Titus 1:15-16

Ask yourself this: are we pure or not? Can we be pure? Is purity something that a human can even obtain while on this earth? Well according to our Father, we are either pure or we are defiled. According to the Word there is no in-between, if we are pure then all things are pure to us, and if we are defiled than everything is defiled for us, even religion. Our Father proclaims that a little leaven, will leaven the whole lump of dough, 1 Corinthians 5:6! So really ask yourself, are we pure or are we defiled?

Hallelujah, once again we will see Jesus to our rescue!

"Who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto Himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works." Titus 2:14

We could never be pure on our own and our Father knew it. So He sent Jesus, Who has the strength, the will, and the ability to purify us completely, so that now all things are pure for us. That is how strong the Blood of our Savior is, it covers all! It redeems us from all iniquity and it purifies all things for us so that we may be used by our Father to produce much fruit, and He makes us eager for good works. Now stop and look at that, Jesus makes us eager, or zealous, for good works! How many times have you spoken a scripture of real power and had some religious person come back with a warning or a caution? They do this because they believe that it is the power of man that is being used to carry out the purposes and will of our Father. But we don’t operate in the power of our own might, we operate in the power of our Lord’s might. We are more than conquerors through Christ Who loves us! Jesus is the One and only One Who makes us desire and want righteous works! Greater is He that is within us, than he that is in the world! Jesus has made us pure so that we may be one with God just as He is one with God, John 17:21-23. We are now the body of Jesus, flesh of His flesh, and bone of His bone, Ephesians 5:30. And since we are, we are now as He is, and all things are pure for Jesus, and we are this way even when we are on this earth, 1 John 4:17. Praise God that is how strong Jesus is, He has saved us to the uttermost and through the power of His might we stand strong as He is strong!

Our Godly DNA

"And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is He that calleth you, Who also will do it." 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24

In Christ we are preserved blameless. In Christ we are sanctified wholly, delivered from every evil work, preserved until Heaven, sealed with the Holy Spirit, thoroughly furnished, without blemish, and we are glorified with Jesus’ glory. We now also have the Mind of Christ, we have His Spirit, and His anointing, so that we may be perfect until the day that He is revealed. That is what our Father say’s and it is Truth, and it is righteousness, and it is fact! It’s what you are born of and if you have been empowered by the Holy Spirit to say yes to Jesus, it is in you, you can’t help but believe it, it’s what you are. We may not fully understand it, we may still be immature, but this is the Incorruptible Seed that we have been born of, it’s in our spiritual makeup, our Godly DNA!

We are one with Jesus who sanctifies us. God makes our way perfect. He established our hearts unblameable before Him in love. Our righteousness is of God. He has quickened our mortal bodies and He has predestined us to be conformed to the very image of Jesus! We are completely and thoroughly furnished unto ever-good work. Our Father will keep us and preserve us until we get to Heaven. These scriptures are for us today and in Jesus’ Name they are going to be lived and enjoyed and shared, no longer just talked about, but lived! It’s time that we move on to the perfection that Jesus has provided for us, and in the power of our Lords might we will!
