“For who has known or understood the mind (the counsels and purposes) of the Lord so as to guides and instruct Him and give Him knowledge? But we have the mind of Christ (the Messiah) and do hold the thoughts (feelings and purposes) of His heart.” 1 Corinthians 2:16 Amplified Bible.
When our Father empowered us with His Holy Spirit to accept Jesus as the Lord of our lives, He also empowered us with all of Himself to hold the thoughts and purposes of Christ in our new Anointed minds. The thoughts and purposes of the minds that we have been given by our Father now believe for what He desires and we now want and hope for what He wants. We were chosen by God and born again, we can’t help but to believe, because we are born from God’s Incorruptible Seed. The old things of our lives are passed away and behold all things have become new unto us! We now have Jesus Authoring and Finishing our faith, and we can’t go and ask God for anything and actually believe that we can have it without Jesus being the One within us, telling us to ask for it in the first place! And Jesus isn’t going to ask for something that is contrary to God’s thoughts, intents, and purposes. And since we have Jesus within us, we are able to have full peace and joy in allowing Him to empower us to not only ask our Father for whatsoever things we desire, but we also are able to delight in asking! “If ye abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Herein is My Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be My disciples.” John 15:7-8 Do you see why God has said that we are able to delight in asking? Because when we bear much fruit it glorifies Him. Jesus fully allowed God to produce much fruit through Him, and through Christ so shall we. How could we do anything less, Jesus is the One Who now Authors our faith, His Word now abides within us, and we now abide in Him! Jesus ever lives to intercede for us, and since He does, we are saved to the uttermost, and we have life and have it abundantly! You and I have been chosen by God to be one with Jesus and as He is, so are we, even while in this world!
We are eternally blessed in the power of our Fathers might!
