As I looked, behold, a stormy wind came out of the north, and a great cloud with a fire enveloping it and flashing continually; a brightness was about it and out of the midst of it there seemed to glow amber metal, out of the midst of the fire. And out of the midst of it came the likeness of four living creatures [or cherubim]. And this was their appearance: they had the likeness of a man, But each one had four faces and each one had four wings. And their legs were straight legs, and the sole of their feet was like the sole of a calf's foot, and they sparkled like burnished bronze. And they had the hands of a man under their wings on their four sides. And the four of them had their faces and their wings thus: Their wings touched one another; they turned not when they went but went every one straight forward. As for the likeness of their faces, they each had the face of a man [in front], and each had the face of a lion on the right side and the face of an ox on the left side; the four also had the face of an eagle [at the back of their heads]. Such were their faces. And their wings were stretched out upward [each creature had four wings]; two wings of each one were touching the [adjacent] wing of the creatures on either side of it, and [the remaining] two wings of each creature covered its body. And they went every one straight forward; wherever the spirit would go, they went, and they turned not when they went. In the midst of the living creatures there was what looked like burning coals of fire, like torches moving to and fro among the living creatures; the fire was bright and out of the fire went forth lightning. And the living creatures darted back and forth like a flash of lightning. Now as I was still looking at the living creatures, I saw one wheel upon the ground beside each of the living creatures with its four faces. As to the appearance of the wheels and their construction: in appearance they gleamed like chrysolite; and the four were formed alike, and their construction work was as it were a wheel within a wheel. When they went, they went in one of their four directions without turning [for they were faced that way].Ezekiel 1:4-17
There are several verses in the Bible that speak of what we would call aliens. Ezekiel saw and wrote about what we would call aliens. If they were angels, they were using something physical to travel with. Which may very well be the case, we are told earlier in the Bible that Elijah was caught up to Heaven in a flaming chariot, 2 Kings 2:1. So if Elijah was transported through the heavens in something physical, why would it surprise us if these beings of our Father used something physical? We use physical things to transport us and we are one with God.
What I really want you to take from this study though is that just because Ezekiel saw these beings in no way limited his belief and trust in God. Think about it, why would seeing other beings stop our faith in our Father. The Truth is that He has created all kinds of beings. There are arch angels, angels, cherubs, demons, devils, beings that surround our Father’s Throne, beings that have heads like lions and tails like scorpions, and all other kind of beings. Just because there are other beings with us in the universe in no way limits or hinders who our Father has made us to be: which is one with Him through Christ, John 17:20-23. This Truth of who our Father has made us to be actually offends the fallen angels, which are other beings that our has Father created.
It has been solemnly and earnestly said in a certain place, What is man that You are mindful of him, or the son of man that You graciously and helpfully care for and visit and look after him? Hebrews 2:6
So if there are aliens, or if these aliens are angels, fallen or not fallen, in no way limits our Father’s sovereign power and authority. The fact that there are other beings around does not prove that there is no God. It only confirms the Scriptures that our Father had written about other life forms. Our Father tells us a great deal about other beings in His Word. So don’t ever worry or freak out about the Truth that our Father created more beings than just us. The glorious Truth is that our Father created us and that He created us to rule and reign with Him. I also personally think that it is glorious that He created others entities as well, it makes everything far more interesting.
