Revelation 21:5-7

5 And He Who is seated on the throne said, See! I make all things new. Also He said, Record this, for these sayings are faithful (accurate, incorruptible, and trustworthy) and true (genuine).

Our Father, Who sits on the Throne tells us plainly that He makes all things new. All things, not just some things, but all things. There is a new heaven and a new earth. There is a new Jerusalem. There is no longer any death. There is no longer any grief, sorrow, pain, and suffering. All things are new, all of the the former things that take away from an abundant life have passed away! So ask yourself this question: all of the souls who are raised up, are they part of all? I think that they are, so they must become new as well. They pass from death to life and they confess that Jesus is Lord and they are made new as well. All that was wrong is all that was wrong.

6 And He [further] said to me, It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I [Myself] will give water without price from the fountain (springs) of the water of Life.

When the rich ruler in Jesus’ parable of the ruler and Lazarus was in Hades, he thirsted. He asked Abraham to have Lazarus give him a drink and he was told no, Luke 16:23-24. The rich ruler was thirsty and here we are told that our Father will give those who thirst a drink without having them pay for it. The ruler was dead but here when our Father returns to dwell with all men he freely gets a drink from the waters of life. Jesus became sin, 2 Corinthians 5:21, so that He would not lose any that He has been given and He has been given all, John 17:2!

7 He who is victorious shall inherit all these things, and I will be God to him and he shall be My son.

Ask yourself are Christians victorious because of their own efforts, or are they victorious because of the efforts of Jesus? We are only victorious because our Lord paid the price for us. We cannot boast, because it is all free grace, Romans 4:2. I honestly believe that we will all be victorious because Jesus so loved the world that whosoever would confess Him should live, John 3:16. The Bible tells us that ever knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord, Philippians 2:10, so we will all be victorious through Jesus’ efforts. Even those who are in Hades and thirst will be supplied and victorious through Christ. Jesus’ sacrifice was that powerful.
