We Now Are One With God's Love

"And I have declared unto them Thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith Thou hast loved Me may be in them, and I in them." John 17:26

The love that God has for Jesus is now the love that is within you and I. It has to be, because we are now one with God, how could we possess another love than the love that He has? Now think about the power of God’s love, stop and really consider that this overwhelming love of God is now the love that we are one with and the love that is within us! God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus, to die on the Cross for us so that we might live eternally united with Him! And think about Jesus’ love, which is God’s love. He loved us so much that He was willing to do all of it for us! God and Jesus love us so much that They have never given up on us, They have never abandoned us, and They will never leave us or forsakes us! This eternal love of God, this perfect love of God, is now in us because of our Lord and Savior Jesus! Jesus declared God and He continues to declare Him, and through the power of the testimony of Jesus Christ, we now have God’s perfect love dwelling within us and through the power of the Holy Spirit we are actually one with it! You talk about the power of preaching, right here shows us how powerful it can be, we have God’s love within us because Jesus continues to preach about our Father! There is no better love to be found, there is no more powerful love, there is no more eternal love, and there is no more perfect love than the love that God has for His Son and our Savior Jesus Christ, and that exact same love is now what is alive in us! We have direct and unbroken access to it, we posses it, it works within us, and it lives abundantly within us. We are not limited to mere human love, as born again believers we now united with the power of God’s love working for us and through us! God’s love overtakes us and consumes us because the righteous love of God has been shed abroad in our hearts!

Jesus Has Fulfilled Our Righteousness

“That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.” Romans 8:4

The Truth about our righteousness is this, everything that God required for us to be righteous, has been completely fulfilled for us by Jesus and the Anointing of the Holy Spirit. Jesus has given it all to us! If we continue to talk about our unworthiness, we are actually saying that God did not do this for us and we are drawing attention unto ourselves and not directing the attention towards God; which is actually arrogance! For us to truly be humble, we must accept these awesome Truths of God, and allow Him to glorify us, so that He may be glorified through us! Because the Truth is God doesn’t consider us to be unworthy, He considers us to be the vessels that He receives His glory through, and we are the ones that God desires to have eternal fellowship with! God has made us righteous and God has glorified us with Himself, and no man and no thing is now able to take us out of His hands. God has perfected us by allowing us to become one with Him, and the world will believe and they will know that God loves them, just as much as He loves Jesus! God has made us righteous, by allowing us to become one with His righteousness. And the price to accomplish this was high, it required Jesus to go to the Cross and die. Now what do you think glorifies that act more, talking about what we have done or haven’t done, or talking about what our Father has done for us?

"And all Mine are Thine, and Thine are Mine; and I am glorified in them." John 17:10

"If ye abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you." John 15:7

"Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine, no more can you, except ye abide in Me. I am the vine, ye are the branches. He that abideth in Me, and I in Him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without Me ye can do nothing." John 15:4-5

Father we thank you and praise You for giving us all of these Truths and we thank You for allowing us to be used to bring Jesus glory, by being fully glorified and united with You! Father it is You within us doing everything, and You allow us to be part of Your glory and holiness. Father thank You for allowing us to be one with Your victory and Your power. And thank You for allowing us to be one with Your lifestyle and enjoying all of Your benefits! How awesome You are towards us Father! We praise You for giving us the Anointed Mind of Christ, the mind that You have, so that we can actually know You and all that You are! Hallelujah and A-men!

And the glory which Thou gavest Me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one. I in them, and Thou in Me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that Thou hast sent Me, and hast loved them, as Thou hast loved Me.” John 17:22-23

Why was it so important for Jesus to give us His exact same glory and why does Jesus make us perfect through our unity with Him? Jesus proclaims that He provides these two glorious things for us so that all of the world, all of the world mind you, may believe and accept that He is Lord and then receive the exact same unity and perfection in God. Jesus provided God the way to Anoint us with all of Himself, Jesus shed His precious Blood, and now because of Jesus’ sacrifice, God is able to be as powerful through us, as God is powerful Him, so that all of the world may believe and have the same thing! No one is left out, no nationality, no income bracket, and no gender. We have been chosen by the will of God to be unified and glorified with Jesus so that all may freely have the fullness of God dwelling within them this day. “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Galatians 2:20

So many want to put off our glorified state until Jesus returns, but it is for us this day. We are to be glorified by God this day, so that the world may believe in Jesus and be saved. People may believe they are being humble by talking about how unworthy they are, how they are just humans, and how they could never measure up. But this message is not the one that will win the world. The world will be saved because we are all one: God One with Jesus, Jesus One with God, and all believers one with them, then the world will believe and be saved. Also take notice of how we will be one, we will be one, and perfected in one, by possessing the glory that God gave to Jesus. Jesus gave us His glory so we will be one, even as God and Jesus are one, perfect in the One! God does not receive glory by us demeaning ourselves; He receives glory by being glorified through us. Read John 17:21-23 and ask the Holy Ghost to reveal all of its power and glory to you! He is willing and able and God gives to all who ask! If two or three of us in Christ agree as touching any one thing it shall be given unto us, and through the power of our Lord we can be used to win the world!

True Humility

“Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.” 1 John 4:4

People so often try to raise God up by talking about how bad we are, we believe that this is being humble. “O what retched men we are, we are weak, we are so bad, we do this wrong, we do that wrong, but thank God He saved us anyway.” You ever notice how people will talk for 20 minutes about themselves and then throw in a 10 second God reference at the end. Don’t you get sick and tired of it! Jesus said it all so differently; Jesus said that He will glorify the Father by glorifying us, by giving us His very Own Spirit, and by producing much righteous fruit through us. Jesus said that He will perfect us by saving us and making us one with God! God does not receive glory by us talking about how bad we are! That old man has passed away, he was crucified with Christ, and the new man who is one with God through Christ and who is united with God through Christ is now alive. God receives glory by being glorious through us! Being used by God, as a part of His body, to produce much fruit is what glorifies God, and God gave us the best that He has, Jesus, to insure that He is able to use us! And praise God, Jesus gave us His glory, which is His oneness with God, His power, His faith, His Spirit, His love, and His magnificence to live in! Jesus gave us all of Himself; He has made us one with all He is and Who He is; Jesus has given us His all! And because He has, we are now eternally united with His glory and He will never leave us or forsake us. It’s all God, and through Christ we are now one and united with all of God! True humility acknowledges what Jesus has done for us, not what we have done!

Greater is He that is in us today, than he that is in the world. And because God is in us today we have become one with Jesus, Who has overcome the world and robbed it of all of its power to harm us. Through Christ our Father has made us more than conquerors and through Christ there is absolutely no weapon that has been formed against us than will prosper! As our Father is victorious in all things, so are we in His power on this world!

We Are Perfect In The Glory Of Jesus

"That they all may be one; as Thou, Father, art in Me, and I in Thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that Thou hast sent Me. And the glory which Thou gavest Me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one. I in them, and Thou in Me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that Thou hast sent Me, and hast loved them, as Thou hast loved Me." John 17:21-23

The glory that God gave to Jesus, the complete and perfect glory that God gave to Jesus, He has now given to us! Jesus didn’t give us part of His glory, not just some of His glory, Jesus gave us all of His glory that had been given to Him by God! Jesus turned right around and gave it to us, the exact same glory! We have been given the exact same glory as the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the King of Kings, the exact same glory that Jesus has, is now ours as well! And that glory is being one with God as Jesus is One with God! Not only do we have His glory, but as we studied earlier, Jesus is glorified in us. As if that is not powerful enough, look at what Jesus goes on to say; He says that we are perfect; we are perfect, because of our unity and oneness with God through Him. We are now God’s body, so how could we be anything but glorified and perfect?

Glorified and perfect, that is what we are this day in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! “(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)” 2 Corinthians 6:2 This is what the power of the Anointing of Christ has done for us. Look glory up in a concordance, and you will see that it means majesty, dignity, splendor, brightness, and an exalted state. Jesus prayed that God would glorify Him with all of these things, just as He was before He was manifested on this earth as a man, and then Jesus asked God to give the exact same glory to us! “And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:” Ephesians 2:6 Today is the day that God has made us one with His dignity. Today God has made us one with His Light. We are now one with God’s splendor and because of Jesus we are now one with God’s majesty! We are now one and united with all of these attributes of God by the power of Christ so that the world will believe and be saved! Today is the Day of Salvation and Now is our accepted time to be used perfectly by our Father to serve His Kingdom!

Today Is The Day

"For He saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation." 2 Corinthians 6:2

So many in religion are putting off our glory to sometime in the future; which actually means they are putting off Jesus’ glory until sometime in the future! Jesus is to be glorified through each of us right now! Waiting until our future in Heaven is not how Jesus teaches that the world will believe and be saved. Jesus taught that the world will believe when we are one with Him, and when we are one with each other through Him! The world is hurting and they need the Truth that will set them free right now, because now is the day of salvation! Being one with God through Jesus and having our Father working fully through us, brings Jesus glory! Jesus is not coming back to save us from the ill’s and evils of the earth. He has already defeated them! Jesus is coming back when the harvest is ready and the harvest is ready when the fruit is ripe! And praise His glorious Name that is when we are glorious through Him, without spot, wrinkle, and without any blemish! This is a much fruit producing church; this is the church that God receives glory from, because this is the church that is mature in their understanding of who Christ has made them. This is a church that knows they are truly one with God, as Jesus is One with God. They are not offended at the Truth that has set them free. This is a church that God is fully working through! It’s not in Heaven where this occurs, it’s right now, it’s today, and it is all possible because of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. And Jesus receives His glory by what He has allowed God to do through us because of His sacrifice! Glorifying Jesus goes beyond just singing about Him. Glorifying Jesus is to be one with God through Him and then having God work fully through us, just as God works fully through Him! This is what Jesus went to the Cross to provide! We glorify Jesus by God being a doer of the Word through us, because greater is He that is within us, than He that is in the world! God can do all things through us by the Anointing of Christ that strengthens us and this brings the glory that Jesus deserves through us!

Faith comes from us hearing the Truth of who Jesus has made us, and Who He has allowed us to become one with, and the Truth sets us free to be used fully by God as our Lord and Savior is used fully by God! And the Truth is now is our time through Christ Jesus!

The Power Of Our Glory In Christ

"And all Mine are Thine, and Thine are Mine; and I am glorified in them." John 17:10

And the glory which Thou gavest Me I have given them; that they may be one as We are One.” John 17:22

Jesus being glorified through us is what will end terrorism. Jesus’ glory within us is what will cure cancer, stop abortion, defeat divorce, end violence, and bring about Godly change within all of our world! The fruit of Godly love, peace, joy, faith, hope, and patience, produced by our being one with God trough Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior is the fruit that brings glory! Too many Christians believe that this power of God working through us can only happen when it all ends and Jesus comes back for us. But the Truth that has set us free is this: the power of Christ has actually made us one with God and the power of Christ has strengthened us so that God can now do all things through us! Jesus teaches us in John 17:21 that by our oneness with God through Him, is how the world will believe and be saved. Heaven and earth will pass away but the Truth that we are now one with God and that we are now as Jesus is, so that we can be used by God as Jesus is used by God, is eternal and it will never pass away. And no weapon formed against this Truth will ever prosper! And the power of this Truth is at work in each and every born again child of God right now.

In Ephesians 5 God talks about the glorious church that Jesus is coming back for, a church without spot, wrinkle, or blemish. That is a church that Jesus is being fully glorified in, and that is the church for right now, for now is the accepted time and today is the day of our salvation! In John 14:12 Jesus talks about God doing the works through us that He did through Him, and that God will do even greater works through us than He did through Him; this is a Godly Truth for right now that will bring glory to Jesus. Through the power of Christ we will be used by God as Jesus is used by God, because we are now one with Jesus and that makes us one with God! We are the body of Christ, so we will be used and act like the body we are one with and that body is God’s! Through Christ we are one with God as Jesus is One with God and the world will believe and be set free from the power of darkness and they will be transformed into the Light, as Jesus is in the Light! We don’t just have access to God’s love, faith, joy, peace, hope, power, and glory, through Christ we are one with them!

Jesus Is Glorified By Working Through Us

"And all Mine are Thine, and Thine are Mine; and I am glorified in them." John 17:10

Jesus glorified in you and I, think of magnificence of what this actually means, and then ask yourself how does it happen? How can the King of Kings be glorified in us, just mere human beings? Turn to John 15:8 Amplified. “When you bear (produce) much fruit, My Father is honored and glorified, and you show and prove yourselves to be true followers of Mine.” And how do we produce much fruit so that God can be glorified? "Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine, no more can you, except ye abide in Me. I am the vine, ye are the branches. He that abideth in Me, and I in Him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without Me ye can do nothing." John 15:4-5 Without Jesus empowering our lives God can never use us to produce His righteous fruit. But through the power of Christ, which is the Holy Spirit, we now have the strength to be used by God for all things! With Jesus there are no limits and through His power within our lives God can be glorified by our every action, thought, and deed! We now walk in the power of God’s might which is His Holy Spirit.

Jesus is glorified by us, because He is within us, He is abiding within us, and dwelling within us. We cannot bring glory to Jesus by ourselves or through mere human actions. The great Truth of salvation is that it destroys all of the abilities of our old man, we are now dead, crucified with Christ on the Cross, and yet we live, because we have been born again and raised up together and made to sit together in Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior! Just as Jesus died and yet He lives! The only that way we are able to bring glory to Jesus is because it is Jesus producing much fruit through us! The fruit that Jesus produces through us, through the Holy Spirit, glorifies God. And by Jesus being able to produce much fruit through us brings glory to Him, and as He works through us, we are also glorified! The world will see and know that we are one with God through Christ. They will know that there is salvation because no man is able to produce Godly fruit on His own. The world will accept and believe on Jesus as Lord because of our unity and oneness with the Father, just as Jesus is one with the Father, and A-men the Harvest grows and multiplies! Satan loses and Jesus wins! And since we are now one with Jesus, we win too, and that brings glory to God! Jesus teaches us in Mark 16 that signs will follow us if we believe, the sick will be healed, devils will flee, we will speak in new tongues, and deadly things will not harm us, these are only possible because of God within us, He does the works! These are the works that the Vine produces through us and these are the works that bring glory to the Truth that Jesus now abides within man!

We Are Glorifed So That We May Glorify

“These words spake Jesus and lifted up His eyes to Heaven, and said, Father, the hour has come. Glorify and exalt and honor and magnify Your Son, so that Your Son may glorify and extol and honor and magnify You.” John 17:1 Amplified

Our prayers should resemble this one of Jesus’, because the only way that we will ever be able to boldly glorify and testify of God within this earth, is by God doing it through us. “That they all may be one, [just] as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, so that the world may believe and be convinced that You have sent Me.” John 17:21 Amplified

Now here is the great Truth about this prayer request, it’s answered! Because we now have the power of God within us through our baptism with His Holy Spirit. We now have the exact Spirit of God, not a Spirit that is like God’s, but His actual Spirit within us, Who is teaching us all things, Who is strengthening us in the power of God’s might, and Who is causing us to know Who God is and who we are in Him. Think about it, we actually now are one with God’s Spirit, He now abides within us! We now have the exact same glory that Jesus has to be used to magnify and exalt and honor our Father. We now have the same power that Jesus has to seek first the Kingdom of God and to ever live to serve and love. We are as God is, even while we are on this earth, because we now have God’s Spirit, and He is as He is even on this earth! Through the glorious power of Christ we are now one with God, even as Jesus is One with God and we are now able to be used to serve the Kingdom as our Lord and Savior Jesus serves the Kingdom! The weak have been made strong in the power of God’s glorious might! We have been glorified with the fullness of our Father so that the world may be able to believe that Jesus is the Christ. We have been glorified so that we may glorify.

We are blessed this day, even the least of us is blessed, with the absolute eternal and omnipotent glory of God!

Jesus Is Glorified In Us

"And all Mine are Thine, and Thine are Mine; and I am glorified in them." John 17:10

Jesus is actually glorified in you and I! If that doesn’t get an A-men from the choir, than nothing will! Stop and really allow the Holy Spirit to minister the glory of this Truth to you. The Holy Spirit fully understands and fully comprehends the power of this Truth and He knows how to reveal it to us in all of its fullness! We are taught in church from the very beginning of our salvation to think of God's magnificence, His glory, His omnipotence, His miraculous power, His Throne, Heaven and how marvelous it is! We sing songs about Heaven; we dream about Heaven in all of its glory. We sing, “I’ll fly away O glory, I’ll fly away.” Yet as glorious as Heaven is, it is not where the King of Kings receives His glory. Jesus receives His glory in you and I. Really grab hold of the fact that Jesus is glorified “in us!” To our Father we are the grandest place of all and in us He chooses to receive His praise and His glory. Even though this is what God has said, there are not many songs reflecting the magnificent Truth that Jesus receives His glory within us! We are that special to our Father. We are the vessels that glorify Him! Our Father is very mindful of man! We are a chosen generation and a royal priesthood, and we have been raised up together and have been made to sit together in Heavenly places in Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior! We are joint-heirs with Jesus, the King of Kings, and in us is where He is glorified!

We are not praising our Father enough in church and in our fellowship regarding this Truth! We are not thankfully worshipping our Father for it and it is not being discussed enough. We need to begin to sing songs about it, teach our children about it, and boldly proclaim it from the rooftops: that through the power and Anointing of the Holy Spirit in our lives JESUS IS GLORFIED IN US!

When we understand that it is God within us doing the works, this is actually a very humbling thing. There is no arrogance in professing this, there is only victory, there is healing, there is hope, faith, power, love, and maturity. Our Father has given us such a special gift and purpose, and we have His Anointing empowering us to be fully used by Him! The least to the greatest in the Kingdom of God has this same purpose, to be a vessel that glorifies Jesus to the world! We are now one with God and He is eternally within all of us doing His works of righteousness and as the people of the world see God working through us, with power and demonstration of His Spirit, Jesus is glorified and the world knows that God has sent Him, so that we all might be saved! Democracy, the United Nations, united coalitions, sanctions, bombs, and war will not change the world, but Jesus being glorified through the perfect church without spot, wrinkle, or blemish will, A-men and A-men!

God Gives Us The Desire To Do Everything

“A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. And I will put My Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in My statutes, and ye shall keep My judgments, and do them.” Ezekiel 36:26-27

Ezekiel prophesied that God would lead us in the paths of righteousness by putting His Spirit within us. King David wrote songs about it, and Jesus proclaimed it. If we are trying to have a relationship with God based on our own human abilities, we will fail! But if we through the power of the Holy Spirit look unto Jesus to Author and Finish the faith needed to fellowship with God, we will succeed! There is no debate; only God can give us the desire, the will, the strength, the ability, the faith, and the hope of true mature fellowship. So if we want it, it’s only because God is in us causing us to want it, and since He is, we have the right to just ask Him for it, and it shall be done unto us!

When I was twenty-four, God told me to read the Bible three times through. I was by no means a reader, so God really caused me to look towards Him for the strength and ability to do what it was that He had asked me to do! God is the One Who led me to look to Him; I can take no credit for it at all. By the power of the Holy Spirit that is within me, I read from Genesis to Revelation three times, and it took just a little longer than six months. I had never read like that before; there was a power within me, greater than I was, and it was God! When we pray, God is right here with us. When we need help with our jobs, God is right here with us, He is always with us! God has really revealed to me the Truth that there is nothing too great or too small for Him and that He is a part of every action of our lives! I have learned that we are never alone in anything that He has asks us to do, whether a Biblical principle or a spoken Word. We are eternally one with our Father through the power of His Anointing and it is always God within us giving us the power, the will, the ability, the desire, the finances, the faith, and the hope to do it. Our Father never gives us a directive and then leaves us alone to solely accomplish it. He can’t, were His body. Can we leave our lungs behind? God never leaves us or forsakes us! The Truth is from the very second that we are born again and empowered to make Jesus our Lord and Savior, God is involved in every area of our lives. We just grow up and realize it! “Herein is My Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be My disciples.” John 15:8

Wednesday, April 19, 2006

"Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine, no more can you, except ye abide in Me. I am the vine, ye are the branches. He that abideth in Me, and I in Him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without Me ye can do nothing." John 15:4-5

There is a Godly Truth and it is this: people who spend time in the Word and in prayer, who abide in them are bold! Because with what measure we meet it shall be measured unto us and whatsoever things we sow, that shall we reap! Find someone who has truly been empowered by the Holy Spirit to allow God to lead them in study and in prayer, and you’ll see someone who believes in asking, and who believes in asking for bold and powerful things from God. They will ask for salvation for those that the world has abandoned, they will ask for and expect Jesus like moves of God in this world. They have the mind of Christ and they know who they are in Christ and Who He is in them. They know what salvation means and the power of it! They know that by asking and bearing fruit glorifies God, and that is the desire of their heart, to bring glory to the One Who glorifies them. Find someone who is offended at asking and you’ll see someone who spends their time elsewhere! With what measure we meet, it shall be measured unto us again! The Truth is really this, if we have truly been born again and baptized with the Holy Spirit, and have been empowered to accept Jesus as Lord, then He will lead us into this lifestyle and we can’t help but to abide in Him and ask from Him. “He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His Name’s sake.” Psalm 23:3

Have you ever known a brother or sister in the Lord who continually talks about spending more time with God, yet it never really seems to come to pass? I have heard an awful lot of sermons that condemn people for this, especially when I was growing up. So many preachers and sermons place all of the responsibility on us and there is a great deal of condemnation associated with it, even though the Bible teaches us that there is no longer any condemnation for us. Romans 8:1, “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.” Clearly something was missing and while I heard so much condemnation, I never really heard the answer preached. Here is the Truth and answer for people like this: the reason people fail to walk in a mature relationship with God is because they are looking towards themselves to foster the relationship, and alone it will never happen. There will always be work, kids, whatever it is, and though the reasons will seem legitimate, they will always get in the way and they will always rob us of the fullness that God has for us. If we want to experience the unity available to us with God; if we want true unbroken and full fellowship with our Father, and to experience the rich full life available to us through Christ, here is how it happens, we must be empowered by the Holy Spirit to look to God for all things! Through the power of the Holy Spirit we must ask our Lord and Savior to lead us in every area of our lives and realize that without Him in every area it will never happen. “I am the vine, ye are the branches. He that abideth in Me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit; for without Me ye can do nothing.” John 15:5 Without Jesus we can do nothing! If you aren’t studying enough, praying enough, fellowshipping enough, look to God for the power to carry out His will in your life, and ask Him to lead you and to guide you. And remember that the only reason that you are desiring to ask for this Truth is because it is Jesus within you directing you to, and faith comes from hearing the Truth and the Truth sets us free! People who succeed with God do it only because it is Christ in them and who people who fail are those who only have themselves. Jesus succeeds 100% of the time, He has never failed and He never will!

We Are Anointed To Know The Glory Of Our Union With God

“But the Anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same Anointing teacheth you of all things, and is Truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him.” 1 John 2:27

Because we have been chosen by God and born again, we cannot help but to abide in Jesus our Lord and Savior. Because we are now one with God through Christ, we are empowered and strengthened in God’s very Anointing, which allows the Holy Ghost to teach us everything about the glory of our union with God! When we see and understand who we are in Christ, we will see that asking for our will, actually means that we are asking for God’s will; just as our hand doesn’t ask our brain for something that is not the will of the brain to provide in the first place. We don’t change God; God changes us. Human lusts and unfruitful desires are taken away from us, God prunes them out of us, so that He can produce righteous fruit through us. Through the Anointing of Christ old things are passed away from us as all things become new for us. Jesus is now our refiners fire and our fullers soap, Malachi 3:2, ever living to intercede for us so that we may be saved to the uttermost. Jesus is the power that quickens our mortal bodies. When God chose us He removed our stony hearts and He replaced them with hearts of love that have been created in His image!

Faith comes for us by hearing God’s Truth and God’s Truth sets us free! And the Truth of our Father is that He is the One that is empowering us to believe all that He is. We don’t believe God and then He acts in our lives. God empowers us with His faith to believe and then He acts! The Anointing of our Father abides within us, and it teaches us all things!

Abide In Christ, And Ask What You Will

"If ye abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you." John 15:7
Jesus tells us that if we abide in Him and if we allow the Word of God to abide in us, than we will be able to ask what we will and it shall be done for us. Stop and think of the grandeur and glory of this Truth, "ask what you will, and it shall be done unto you." This Truth is so powerful and so far beyond what is typically thought by religion, that without Jesus and God’s Word abiding in us and us abiding in Them, we would think that this verse was a misquote or mistranslation. But it’s not, and we haven’t been given a spirit of fear that will shy away from this Truth. “For God hath not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7 We have been strengthened with Christ and through the Anointing of God, we are able to know and accept all that Jesus has provided for us. And we are able to have peace and joy in believing and accepting it, as we abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit that is within us! “Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.” Romans 15:13

We know the Truth and the Truth that has set us free is that we are now one with God. Just as our hearts are one with our bodies, just as our hands, and eyes, and ears are one with our bodies, through Christ we too are now one with God. We are now members of His body, of His flesh, and of His bone, Ephesians 5:30! So ask yourself this, how does the heart know what to ask for? How does our hands, or legs, know what to ask for? They know what to ask for because the brain tells them what to ask for and we now have the mind of Christ that empowers us to ask and not ask amiss. “For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ.” 1 Corinthians 2;16 We cannot help but to abide in Christ, because we have now been made alive together with Him. And we cannot help but to abide in the Word of God, because Jesus is the Word, and we are now one with Him! We have been given the fullness of God and it is the Father within us, He does all of the works, even empowering us to ask! Today is the Day of our Salvation, and now is our appointed time in Christ!

We Are Strong In Our Unity With God

“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might.” Ephesians 6:10

Because we are now one with Jesus, we are now one with God, and through Christ we are unstoppable in our Father’s might! Through the Anointing of God we are now strong in the power of Jesus’ might and because of His Anointing God can now do all things through us! “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” Philippians 4:13 Through Christ we are now one with God, so we are strong like God! Through the power of Christ that has been freely bestowed upon us there is now no sickness, no demon, no threat, no law, no politician, no court, and no special interest group that can stop us from being fully used by God to produce much fruit. Because we abide in Jesus and Jesus abides in us, God will produce much glorious fruit through us! We are now in Jesus, and Jesus is in the Father, and Jesus is in us. We are members of His body, flesh of His flesh, and bone of His bone!

“Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.” Romans 8;37

“Now thanks be to God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of His knowledge in every place.” 2 Corinthians 2:14

(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.” 2 Corinthians 10:4

Saturday, April 15, 2006

“And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things in common.” Acts 4:32

To have and enjoy a full and abundant life we need others to be part of our lives, and we are created in God's image; He too needs and wants us. God created us to have fellowship with. If it wasn’t God’s need and desire for fellowship with His own children, those created by Him in His Own likeness, why would He have done it in the first place? I love dogs, I have two of them, and I really enjoy their companionship, yet I need and eagerly desire to have other people in my life. My wife Beth, my kids, my friends, my brothers and sisters in the Lord, and my family, I need them to live abundantly. That’s just how God has created us. Put any of us on an island with no one else, and while we may survive, it would not be a desirous life, an abundant life, or a fulfilled life. God has angels and other created beings, but they are not created in His image as we are. I really believe that God needs us for the same reason that we need others like us. Beth and I could have stopped at one child, but we desired more, and God graced us with the ability to have more. We love the fellowship that we have with our kids; we love experiencing the fellowship that Kennedy and Lauren have with each other; we love providing for them, teaching them, and protecting them, it’s part of an abundant life!

There is something overwhelmingly comforting to know that God desires us and that we need Him. Sure God would continue to exist without us, but we are where He receives His glory. "And all Mine are Thine, and Thine are Mine, and I am glorified in them." John 17:10 Never underestimate the joy and companionship, and satisfaction that we provide for our Father. I know it doesn’t sound religious to say God needs us for anything, but History sure has proven one thing, even at our worst, He continues to long for our fellowship! And even at our worst He has continually provided a way for that fellowship to occur! God loves us and He will never leave or forsake us. “Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” Hebrews 13:5
I know that during Easter many of us focus on the brutality of the Cross and the suffering that Jesus had to endure. But do me a favor, go and read John 17, and this Easter focus on why Jesus allowed it to happen and what His desire is for our lives!

We Are In Jesus, And Jesus Is In Us

"Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine, no more can you, except ye abide in Me. I am the vine, ye are the branches. He that abideth in Me, and I in Him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without Me ye can do nothing." John 15:4-5

We now abide in Christ, which means we now dwell in Him, we live in Him, and we remain one with Him, and Jesus now dwells in, lives in, and remains one with us. Consider the branch of a vine, with the vine it is everything and without the vine it produces nothing and dies. The branch bears the fruit; the vine gives the branch the life and the ability to, and the branch can only bear the fruit of the vine that it is one with. The branch gives the vine life, energy, and purpose. A vine without any branches is worthless. Stop and think about that for a minute. God created us in His own image, in order to have fellowship with us, to have companionship with us, to be one with us, and to love us and to be loved by us. The Word of God boldly proclaims that Jesus ever lives to make intercession for us, "Wherein He is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by Him. Seeing He ever liveth to make intercession for them." Hebrews 7:25 Jesus lives to serve us, as a vine lives to serve the branches that are united with it. Parents will know what I am saying here. Can God survive without us, absolutely He can, but that isn’t His desire! His desire is to spend eternity with us and to have continual unbroken fellowship with us. God’s desire is to be glorified in us! “And all Mine are Thine, and Thine are Mine, and I am glorified in them.” John 17:10

We are so precious to our Father and through the power of Christ He can have the desire of His heart fulfilled and do more through us than we can ask, pray for, or think of! This is what it means to have Jesus as Lord!

Today Is The Day That We Will Know Who We Are

"At that day ye shall know that I am in My Father, and ye in Me, and I in you." John 14:20

That day Jesus is referring to is the day when the Holy Ghost comes to dwell within us. I will not write out all of the verses in John 14 here that teach us that, but if you read them you will see that is the Truth. What I want you to see here is that we will know that we are one with Christ. Make sure you know! I was so blessed when I was eleven to have a complete life changing experience that allowed me to know and I have never doubted it since. I know that this day is the day of our salvation and I know that Jesus is in me and that I am in Him. Too many of us don’t know and we live in a constant state of doubt and fear, fear of loosing our relationship with God, fear of not pleasing God, just plain fear that is contrary to faith. Fear brings torment and condemnation and these are contrary to the blessings of God. We do not have to live that way; God loves us completely, we can have complete assurance of who we are in Christ. And there is now therefore no condemnation to us who are in Christ Jesus, Romans 8:1!

Please join with me in prayer that all who read these studies and all who you and I come in contact with will be chosen by God and empowered by the baptism of the Holy Spirit to know that they too are in Christ and that He is in them! In Jesus’ Name let’s agree that they will know that they are actually one with God through Christ; together we need to desire, as God desires, for all men to be saved and come to the knowledge of the Truth. I thank God that we are all vessels of His Anointing, and that God uses us to be a great blessing in the lives of those whom we have contact with. I thank God that they all see our unity with Him, that they see the Spirit of God in operation within us, and that they eagerly desire the same thing! When people receive a revelation of who they are in Christ and that we are actually united with them and that He is dwelling within them, when they see the unity they possess with the Alpha and the Omega, the world and satan loose! The strength and assurance of God’s Truth consumes them, peace that passes understanding and unspeakable joy flow through and from their lives as never before, it is an awesome revelation that empowers the believer to be used by God to do His mighty works! Plain and simple it is the only way we will ever do any work of the Lord!

God Himself Will Teach Us Of Who We Are

"But the anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him." 1 John 2:27

Our Father proclaims through John, that we need no one to teach us, because through the Holy Spirit, He  will teach us all things. This truth of our unity with our Father and with each other, can only be taught to us by the Holy Spirit. The magnificence of who we are in Christ and the unity that we now enjoy with our Father through Him will run contrary to most religious teaching. This is why our Father will lead us into dozens upon dozens of verses that proclaim the Truth that will set us free. Yet without the Spirit of our Father revealing His Truth to us, these verses cannot be received and will not be accepted!

Far to often people will try to only rely on a preacher, a tape series, a study guide such as this to teach them, but we have a Father Who has the time, the patience, the love, the wisdom, and the desire to teach us all things! I will write and share what our Father has taught and shared with me, and you will share with others what He has taught you, as we should. But the great Truth of salvation is that we are never separated from our Father who is the One who teaches us all things. We have the complete and total Spirit of God our Father dwelling within us, and He will teach us all things. He will teach us all things because we are now one with Him! Through Christ we are now one with God and we now have the very Spirit of God empowering us, so that we are incapable of not being in constant fellowship with our Father.

“Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God's consecrated people).” Ephesians 6:18 Amplified Bible

Today is the absolute day of our salvation and today our Father is greater in us than anything or any situation that is in this world! Today through Christ our Father is able to do all things through us, even greater things than He did through Jesus! Today Jesus has allowed the blessings of God to overtake us by fully meeting all of the righteous requirements of the law so that He can! And today all things now work for our good, as all things work for our Fathers good. Today we cannot help but to be blessed in the power of our Fathers might!

We Are One With Jesus Today

"At that day ye shall know that I am in My Father, and ye in Me, and I in you." John 14:20

We shall know, we shall have confidence, fully assured, no man able to pluck it away from us, we will know that we are in Christ and that He is in us! There is no greater Truth that will empower the believer than the Truth that once we are chosen of God and empowered to say yes to Jesus and make Him the Lord of our lives, we actually become one with God through Him. This Truth will empower our obedience towards the Lord, it will strengthen and permit our abilities to serve, and it will allow us to be the children that God intended for us to be. Unity with the Father brings full and perfect peace, absolute joy, mountain moving faith, eternal hope, perfect love, forgiveness, glorious power, godly wisdom, complete knowledge, discernment, healings, and miracles, and all at God’s level! Mere human abilities are diminished to obscurity by the presence of God! We no longer walk alone, it is no longer just up to us to try and be a good Christian, it is now by the power of God that we are one with and that is within us that we are able to be who we should be in Christ! God is now within us and we are now in Him! Our Father consumes us and every fiber of our being is united and one with God, the Creator of it all!

This is why Jesus went to the Cross, to enable us to become one with God, as He is one with God. “That they all may be one; as Thou, Father, art in Me, and I in Thee, that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that Thou hast sent Me.” John 17:21

I will say it again, there is no greater Truth than the one we are about to study: we are now and forevermore one with Jesus, our Lord and Savior! Jesus is in us and we are one with the Father through Him, and the Holy Spirit has been sent to dwell permanently within us just as the Holy Spirit permanently dwells and is One with God. We now enjoy unity with the Father, we are born of Him, His Divine Sperm has conceived us, His Divine Incorruptible Seed! Jesus is in the Father and we are now in Jesus, and Jesus is now in us! We are now one with the Lord and as we will read, Jesus proclaims that we are perfected in One!

Salvation Means That God's Will Be Done On This Earth

“Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in Heaven.” Matthew 6:10

Jesus taught us that this is how we should pray: that the will of God should be done through us on this earth, exactly as our Fathers will is done in Heaven! Through Christ God has provided a way for us to have everything on this earth as we will have in Heaven. “Therefore we are buried with Him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we should walk in newness of life.” Romans 6:4 Through Christ we walk in newness of life, just as Christ walks in newness of life. The glory of God raised Jesus from the dead and the glory of God has chosen to have us born again and through Christ we have been raised up together and made to sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus, Ephesians 2:6.

So through Christ, even while we are here on this earth, we have and are one with all of God’s peace, all of His joy, all of His wisdom, all of His grace, all of His power, all of His faith, all of His hope, and all of His love. And we have them all exactly as we will have them in Heaven! We have been crucified with Christ, yet nevertheless we live, yet it is not us that lives, it is Christ in us that lives. We are dead and are lives are hid in Christ in God. We are now new creatures in Christ. All of the old things of our lives have passed away and now all things are new for us. Everything Jesus has is now ours! “Everything that the Father has is Mine. That is what I meant when I said that He [the Spirit] will take the things that are Mine and will reveal (declare, disclose, transmit) it to you.” John 16:15 Amplified Bible

Salvation means that through Christ we have actually become one with God, just as Jesus is One with God. So it is impossible for us not to have everything that God has. If we didn’t it would be like saying our hand doesn’t have our eyes, or our nose doesn’t have our heart. We are actually now one with God, so everything He is and everything He has, we are now one with! We are really members of God’s body, flesh of His flesh, and bone of His bone! There is no separation between God and those of us whom He has chosen. God has held nothing back from us, He has given us all that He is and He has allowed us to actually become one with it! Just as a branch is one with the vine that it is connected to! “For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.” Romans 11:16

Through Christ God’s will is being done on this earth as it is in Heaven!

The Joy Of The Lord Is Our Strength

“Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our LORD: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.” Nehemiah 8:10

Christians shouldn’t be angry, constantly pointing out the faults of the world. We should be of good cheer, our Lord and Savior has overcome the world and He has robbed it of all its power to harm us. Through Christ we are now the salt of the earth; we are a light to be displayed on the top of the hill, a beacon of God’s eternal hope to all who see us. God has enabled and strengthened us, He has quickened our mortal bodies with Himself, so that we are now able to abide constantly within His love. Jesus has perfected us in our unity and oneness with God. He has glorified us with the fullness of Himself, and we now have and enjoy an abundant life through Him. Jesus has given us His peace that passes all understanding, and His peace now keeps our hearts and our minds, God has given us everything, everything, that pertains unto life and unto Godliness! “According as His Divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that hath called us to glory and virtue; Whereby are given unto us great and precious promises: that by these ye may be partakers of the Divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in this world through lust.” 2 Peter 1:3-4 We now have Jesus’ joy, because we are now partakers of His Divine nature. We have Jesus’ joy because through Christ we have escaped the corruption that is within the world, and we have become one with His glory and virtue through the power of our Savior Jesus Christ’s salvation! Wow! “Thou shew me the path of life: in Thy presence is fullness of joy; at they right hand are pleasures evermore.” Psalm 16:11

"Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost." Romans 15:13 The same holds true for us today, may God fill us with the joy of believing all that we have studied and all that we will study, our Father will cause us to abound in hope through the power of His Holy Spirit, A-men!

More Of Jesus' Words That Bring Joy

“And now come I to Thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have My joy fulfilled in themselves.” John 17:13

What are the Words that Jesus has spoken to us in John 17 that allows His joy to be fulfilled within us? Jesus has proclaimed that He has given us His glory. Jesus says that we now have eternal life and that we now know God. Jesus teaches us that our Father is the One Who now keeps us, that we are sanctified by His Truth, and that we are now one with Him. Jesus proclaims that we are perfect in our oneness with Him, so that the world will believe that He is Lord, and that God loves us just as He loves Him! Now because of these Truths, we have Jesus’ joy fulfilled within us. These Truths are awesome! The people of God should be joyous and we should be happy; a merry heart worketh good as a medicine! People should look at us and desire what we have, just as they looked at Jesus and desired what He had. Look at the crowds that followed Him, they were healed, they were fed, they had miracles performed all around them, it was a joy to be around Jesus!

Little children would hang out with Him, they were around Him, so much that some of His disciples actually rebuked them, and Jesus turned right around and rebuked the adults and told them to be more like the kids. Think about children, they are happy, they sing, dance, and tell bad jokes and just laugh. Kids come over and have no reason for it, other than to just hang out. This is how we should be; God has taken care of everything for us, to the point where Jesus says that we should take no thought for our own lives!

People want to talk so much about how people abandoned Jesus at the Cross. But even the Disciples did that. Let’s look at when Jesus sent the Holy Spirit, because that shows us the Truth about how many wanted what Jesus had. In Acts 2:41, on the Day of Pentecost, over 3000 people accepted Jesus as Lord and were filled with the Holy Spirit. And then in Acts 2:47 the Word proclaims that our Father added daily to the Church, and praise God He is still adding to us today! You see these people saw Who and What Jesus is through others and they were empowered by God to believe and be saved. They saw people beaten for Christ and yet they saw them rejoice because of it. They saw miracles and healings; they heard the Truth and it set them free. They saw people selling their possessions and given all of the money to others, not just 10%. They saw the very peace, love, joy, faith, and hope of Jesus active in others. They heard the believers cry out for others forgiveness and they believed. People should be able to clearly and plainly see the Joy of Jesus flowing from within us and it will allow God to save them! This worked 2000 years ago, it will work today, and it will work tomorrow! Faith comes from hearing the Truth and we have been chosen and empowered by God to preach His Truth!

A Benefit Of Salvation: Joy Part III

“These things have I spoken unto you, that My joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.” John 15:11

Think about Jesus’ joy for a moment. He ever lives to intercede for us; Jesus lives so that we can be saved to the uttermost. This is Jesus’ purpose and this is His joy! Jesus’ life of service makes Him the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven and we now have and are one with His joy. We now have Jesus’ joy of serving, which allows God to produce much righteous fruit through us. This glorifies God and this allows our joy to be full. It’s better to give than receive, and giving is the only way that we are able to have full joy, so Jesus gave us His joy of giving! We have the ability to ask as Jesus asks, and receive as He receives! We have the ability to serve others as Jesus serves. Look in the Book of Acts, the believers had the gift of healing, just as Jesus had the gift, and God performed miracles through them, just as He did through Jesus. They had visions, prophecies, and they did many of the same works that Jesus did. Jesus never said that we wouldn’t be used by God to do the things that He did; He actually said that if we believe than we would be used. This is the joy that we now have within us! There is a joy in serving, and we have the joy of the greatest servant of all, Jesus!

Finally, the Words that Jesus spoke so that we may have His joy can be found in John 15. If we keep His commandments than we will abide in God’s love, as He abides in God’s love, and this is His commandment, that we love one another. Remember what Jesus proclaimed, that we could only produce fruit because of Him. Jesus knew that we must love, so be of full joy, because our Lord and Savior, the Great I Am, is right here and one with us causing us to love. “But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another.” 1 Thessalonians 4:9 We have Jesus as our Vine and His love flows through us allowing us to bear much fruit, and we have God pruning away anything that would hinder us from loving, and as we mature in Him, we love more and more and more! That is why we have full joy; because we can’t help but to love one another! We are born of Love; the Incorruptible Seed of God, Who is Love, has bore us! We are one with Love, the Temples of Love, and member of Loves body and of His flesh! We have the mind of Love and the Spirit of Love abides and remains within us. And if there is anything that isn’t Love within us, God prunes it out! That is simply awesome Truth, Truth that brings full joy that remains in us! Our Father knows everything that we need, and He has made us one with Him through Christ so that He can do everything for us!

A Benefit Of Salvation: Joy Part II

“These things have I spoken unto you, that My joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.” John 15:11

The next thing that Jesus spoke to us so that our joy may be full was, “If ye abide in Me, and My Words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.” John 15:7 Jesus is our Vine, and the Vine is the only thing that gives the branch its nutrients and its abilities to produce much fruit; a branch is only able to bear what the vine that it is one with enables it to bear. A grape vine produces grapes, a pumpkin vine produces pumpkins, and the Jesus Vine produces much Godliness! Now we also have God as our Gardener and He is pruning away anything from our lives that would hinder the production of His fruit through us. Because of Jesus enabling us and God keeping us, we are able to keep this commandment of abiding in Him and His Word abiding within us. And if there is anything within us that is contrary to the will of God, anything at all that would hinder the production of His righteous fruit, God just prunes it out of us! This Truth brings great joy to our lives, because God has placed the responsibility of us being fruitful on Himself. The battle is God’s and the victory is ours! What Jesus is saying is this, if we are truly saved we will produce much fruit, and as we grow up in the Lord, we will continually produce more and more fruit! So ask and it shall be done unto you! How great is that, ask for salvation for others, God would that all men be saved, so ask for it! Ask that we may be able to be charitable unto every good work: spiritually, soulfully, and physically and look to Jesus to Author and Finish your faith; it will be done for you as you ask! Ask that God does the works through us that He did through Jesus and that He does even greater ones, and it shall be done unto us! Ask that we actually live in the Truth of taking no thought for our own lives and that we have the mind of Christ, and it will be done unto us! Ask and we shall receive because we now abide in Jesus, we are now one with Jesus, permanently sealed with the Holy Spirit as God keeps us until the Day of Jesus’ return!

This is the day of our complete and total salvation in Jesus Christ, and He is far greater in us than anything that is in this world!

A Benefit Of Salvation; Joy

“These things have I spoken unto you, that My joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.” John 15:11

What were the Words that Jesus spoke that would allow our joy to be full? And not just any joy either, Jesus’ spoke Words that would allow His joy, the joy of the Lord, which is our strength, to remain in us! We now have the joy of the One Who was with God from the very beginning and Who is with Him right now, seated in power on the Throne with God. We now have the joy of the One Who knows the full power of God, the One Who was delivered out of Hell and Who has seen all that God has to offer and the One Who is One with it! We now have His joy remaining within us! Don’t just play that off, allow the Holy Ghost to reveal to you exactly what Jesus’ joy is and the power of it, and the Truth that His joy remains with us! Jesus’ joy doesn’t come and go, it remains with us; it never leaves us or forsakes us!

The First thing that Jesus spoke in John 15 that allows His joy to remain in us, is that He is the Vine and that God is our Gardener. Jesus taught us that God would prune every branch that was within Him that produced fruit, so that He could produce even more everlasting fruit through it. This is the first Truth that brings us joy! When we are saved, God is right here with us, leading us into the paths of righteousness, so that He can produce more and more righteous fruit through us! As we are used by God to produce His fruit, through the power and abilities of Jesus Who is within us, we are continually strengthened to produce even more fruit. As we grow, the glories of God and the fruit of God will ever increase through us. The love of God will increase, the wisdom of God will increase, the peace of God, the strength of God, the gifts of God, the faith of God, everything of God will increase through us, because He is right here with us, He is now one with us, and He is insuring that it does. God will take away all of the unnecessary things in our lives, as Jesus, our Vine, is giving us everything that pertains unto life and unto godliness! When we have been empowered by the Holy Spirit to accept Jesus as Lord and have become one with Him, we cannot help but to be used to produce much fruit. “I am the Vine, ye are the branches. He that abideth in Me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without Me ye can do nothing.” John 15:5 Jesus said that we would produce much fruit, so we will produce much fruit! Jesus spoke this Truth so that our joy may be full, as His joy remains within us! The Truth that has set us free is that each and every saved person will be used by God to produce much fruit, and God is responsible for making it happen!

No Fear, All Peace

“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear, because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.” 1 John 4:18

God is absolute and perfect love, and through the power of Christ we are born of Him. “He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.” 1 John 4:8 We are born of perfect love and we now dwell in perfect love, because we are born again of God and we now dwell in God through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, and God is perfect love. The love that God had for Jesus now abides within us, John 17:26, so we have the perfect love of God abiding within us that casts out all fear from us! Fear has torment, so God gave us Himself to cast out all torment. God gave us His peace, so that in a world of tribulation, we could stand without fear as He rebukes the devourer for our sakes! God gave us a new heart and a new mind, so that we could accept and walk in these Truths that pass all human understanding! We don’t just have the mind of Christ, as if we could loose it, like a possession. No, this is the mind that has been born into us, it’s just who we are! God’s peace passes all understanding and His very own peace now keeps us! We are now strong in the power of His might!

God is not a man that He should lie. God spoke all of these scriptures that we have studied together, so they are all Truth. God will lead us in the paths of righteousness, so even if we are immature and not able to fully understand these Truth’s, God is right here walking with us, through the valley of the shadow of death. And because we are now born of Him and because He is now within us and we are now united with Him, we will fear no evil! For we have not been given a spirit of fear, but of love, peace, and a sound mind! God has provided it all for us, and He will Author and Finish the faith needed to walk in and live in His full and complete peace, His perfect peace! We may not understand it all, God’s peace does pass all understanding, but that doesn’t matter, it will still keep us. God’s perfect love has cast out all fear for those who have been empowered by the Holy Spirit to accept His salvation through Jesus Christ!

Consider all of the benefits that we have studied together so far about our salvation through Jesus: eternal life, abundant life, health, direct access to God, peace, Truth, God’s protection, whatever we do prospers, safety, and all of the other of His glorious benefits. Everything that would bring fear and take away our peace has been done away with, our Father has taken care of it all. God has brought us into a place in Him that we are able to take no thought for our own lives, just as Jesus takes no thought for His. That is probably the greatest and most peaceful thing of all, just knowing that God has us in His hands, and that no man and no thing can take us out of them, and knowing that we will be with Him forever! That is the peace that allows us to clearly and lovingly share Him with every creature. The same peace that Jesus had to come and serve is now the peace that we have to serve, and we now dwell in perfect love of God that casteth out all fear!

Jesus Has Overcme The World For Us

“These things I have spoken unto you, that in Me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

This world and all of its systems offer us no peace at all, none whatsoever. Governments cannot give us peace, insurance cannot provide us peace, and jobs and family are incapable of securing our peace. Yet we now have the peace of the only One Who ever overcame the world, Jesus Christ. We now have His Holy Spirit within us teaching and strengthening us in all things! We are now healed by His stripes. Jesus came so that we might have an abundant life. Jesus rebukes the devour for our sakes and there is now no weapon that has been formed against us that will prosper. Our needs are now met according to His riches and glory. Anything and everything that pertains to life and to godliness we now have through Jesus, these Truths are now the peace that keeps us! It doesn’t matter if we understand it, the peace of God passes understanding, and through Christ the blessings of God overtake us, because we have been chosen and empowered by God to accepted Jesus as Lord. Through Christ we are a chosen generation and we are a royal priesthood!

Through Christ we are every bit as sure as Jesus was that we are going to spend eternity with our Father. We now have His exact same peace that Jesus has regarding His salvation. Peter had this peace, read Acts 12:2-7. Herod had killed James, and the Jewish masses loved it, so Herod decided that he was going to kill Peter as well. Herod threw him in jail, surrounded him with guards and Peter just slept. He slept, and just the day before James was murdered, and Peter slept so soundly that when the Angel of the Lord came to rescue him, the Angel had to strike Peter to wake him up! Now that is an assured peace that only our Father can give! This peace is for each and every believer, there is no circumstance the world has that can move or shake it, and it’s for us all and it shall keep us!

“The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me? Psalm 118:6 Jesus has even provided us with His own good cheer to enjoy during the tribulations. “And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have My joy fulfilled in themselves.” John 17:13 We enjoy and are one with all of God: all of His fullness, all of His strength, all of His faith, all of His joy, all of His love, all of His peace, all of His knowledge, all of His wisdom, and all of His joy!

We Now Posses Jesus' Peace

“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.” John 14:27

Jesus gave us His complete and perfect peace, and Jesus’ peace is God’s perfect peace. Jesus is God and God is Jesus and everything that Jesus has, He has given to us, and there is nothing in the world that could equal His peace, and we now have it keeping our hearts and minds! Think about Jesus’ peace and the immense power of it. He is God, He has been God from the beginning and He freely gave up His godly state to come to earth as a man. He came to take on every sin and sickness that the world and all of its inhabitants would ever have. He knew that those whom He had created would kill Him and He knew that it would be by the horrific act of being crucified on the Cross. He knew that before He would be crucified that they were going to beat Him so badly that He will not even be recognized as a man. He knew that He was going to be thrown into Hell. And yet the greatest thing that Jesus knew, was that He had the perfect peace that He would be raised from the dead and restored again to His former glory and honor in Heaven with God. “And now, O Father, glorify Thou Me with Thine own self with the glory which I had with Thee before the world was.” John 17:5 Jesus also had the peace that He wouldn’t mess up while He was here as a man, even though He was going to be tempted in every way that men could ever be tempted. “For we have not an High Priest which cannot be touched with the feelings of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.” Hebrews 4:15 Now this is some kind of peace and Jesus gave it to us, this is peace that passes all understanding and we now have it! And we have the Holy Spirit within us insuring we grow to full maturity in it!

Today is the day that our Father perfectly and completely keeps our hearts and minds in His full and complete peace. Because we are now one with Him through Christ and as our Father is at peace, so are we, even in this world!

We Are Now Members Of God's Body: Now That Is Peace

"For we are members of His body, of His flesh, and of His bones.” Ephesians 5:30

We are born from the peace of our Father! Through the power of Christ we are now members of God’s body and we are now His Temple; we are the dwelling place of God Himself on this earth! Our Father has absolutely no threats, none whatsoever, and He sent Jesus to die for us so that we could have and enjoy the fruits of peace. Not just any peace either, our Father's peace, and that is the peace that now keeps us.

Our Father doesn’t say that our own peace will keep us. Our Father doesn’t leave the responsibility of such a powerful life force to chance, He takes care of it Himself; we now have God’s very Own peace keeping us. We can see the power of our Father's peace in action with Paul and Silas. They were beaten and cast into the innermost part of the prison and shackled. Even though they were wrongly accused, they were empowered by the Holy Spirit to sing praises to God at midnight, and God delivered them.

“And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast them into prison, charging the jailor to keep them safely: Who having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison, and made their feet fast in stocks. And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all doors were opened, and all bands loosed.” Acts 16:23-26

Paul and Silas were beat and shackled, yet they had God’s peace keeping their minds and their hearts, so they were strengthened and able to openly sing praises unto Him, and they were loosed. And if you read on, they were used by our Father to win the jailor and his family to Christ. They didn’t do this on their own, they did it because of God. They did it because our Father's peace kept their hearts and their minds! Remember in Psalm 18 how we studied how God reacts when we are in trouble and call upon Him? Well, here is a New Testament example of the reality of our Father's nature!

Greater is our Father that is within us than anything, or anyone, or any situation that is in the earth! We are blessed beyond expression in the power of His might this day and forevermore!
