A Benefit Of Salvation; Joy

“These things have I spoken unto you, that My joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.” John 15:11

What were the Words that Jesus spoke that would allow our joy to be full? And not just any joy either, Jesus’ spoke Words that would allow His joy, the joy of the Lord, which is our strength, to remain in us! We now have the joy of the One Who was with God from the very beginning and Who is with Him right now, seated in power on the Throne with God. We now have the joy of the One Who knows the full power of God, the One Who was delivered out of Hell and Who has seen all that God has to offer and the One Who is One with it! We now have His joy remaining within us! Don’t just play that off, allow the Holy Ghost to reveal to you exactly what Jesus’ joy is and the power of it, and the Truth that His joy remains with us! Jesus’ joy doesn’t come and go, it remains with us; it never leaves us or forsakes us!

The First thing that Jesus spoke in John 15 that allows His joy to remain in us, is that He is the Vine and that God is our Gardener. Jesus taught us that God would prune every branch that was within Him that produced fruit, so that He could produce even more everlasting fruit through it. This is the first Truth that brings us joy! When we are saved, God is right here with us, leading us into the paths of righteousness, so that He can produce more and more righteous fruit through us! As we are used by God to produce His fruit, through the power and abilities of Jesus Who is within us, we are continually strengthened to produce even more fruit. As we grow, the glories of God and the fruit of God will ever increase through us. The love of God will increase, the wisdom of God will increase, the peace of God, the strength of God, the gifts of God, the faith of God, everything of God will increase through us, because He is right here with us, He is now one with us, and He is insuring that it does. God will take away all of the unnecessary things in our lives, as Jesus, our Vine, is giving us everything that pertains unto life and unto godliness! When we have been empowered by the Holy Spirit to accept Jesus as Lord and have become one with Him, we cannot help but to be used to produce much fruit. “I am the Vine, ye are the branches. He that abideth in Me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without Me ye can do nothing.” John 15:5 Jesus said that we would produce much fruit, so we will produce much fruit! Jesus spoke this Truth so that our joy may be full, as His joy remains within us! The Truth that has set us free is that each and every saved person will be used by God to produce much fruit, and God is responsible for making it happen!
