Jesus Dwells WIthin Us By Faith

"That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God. Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. A-men." Ephesians 3:16-21

Through Christ we have been strengthened with the might of the Holy Spirit, so we are now able to be filled with all the fullness of God! We are not partially filled with God, we are not somewhat filled with God, we are not filled with just as much of God as a human can handle, O no, God wants us filled completely with all of His fullness. Our Father is God, He is everywhere, He knows all, sees all, has all power, and a-men He wants us filled with all of Himself. I know that sounds big, but look at what John writes in 1 John 4:17, "Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as He is, so are we in this world." As God our Father is, so are we in this world. The only way that we can be as God is, is to be filled completely with His fullness. On our own we have no capacity whatsoever to even be somewhat like God, yet God had John proclaim that as He is, so are we in this world.

Jesus has the fullness of God within Him and we now have Jesus within us! “Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?” John 14:9 Jesus was able to say this because He was born of God and because He was filled with God. Jesus was perfectly God because He was One with God. Now we are one with God through Jesus and just as Jesus is perfected by the presence of God, so are we! Not by works, least any man should boast, but because of the abundance of God’s grace! We are perfected in Christ because the Blood of Christ continually allows God to exert His influence on our souls, strengthening us in His faith and love!
