Revelation 15:3-4

3 And they sang the song of Moses the servant of God and the song of the Lamb, saying, Mighty and marvelous are Your works, O Lord God the Omnipotent! Righteous (just) and true are Your ways, O Sovereign of the ages (King of the nations)!

Here we see that during the final events of this earth, the truly saved sing the Song of Moses and of Jesus. There are Jews who have been saved during this time and there are Gentiles who have been saved. Both groups are now one and we stand together as one and we stand together in peace, even when all around us is turmoil. Even during this time of death and destruction the children of God are unified and praising the Truth that has set us free. We can do this because Jesus came and fulfilled the law within us, so that we no longer serve our Father through our own efforts. Jesus has placed His Spirit within us and He now causes us to walk in our Fathers statutes, and through the Holy Spirit we are able to keep our Father’s righteousness, Ezekiel 36:27. We now serve by the power of Jesus, not by the power of man, and the Truth is that as Jesus is, so our we in this world, 1 John 4:17. The same things that empowered Jesus, John, Peter, Paul, and Stephen to glorify God during times of great stress, empower us today, and they will empower us during the end times!

4 Who shall not reverence and glorify Your name, O Lord [giving You honor and praise in worship]? For You only are holy. All the nations shall come and pay homage and adoration to You, for Your just judgments (Your righteous sentences and deeds) have been made known and displayed.

John was shown some very troubling things in this vision of the end times and I believe that He felt them as well. John actually wrote that his stomach was turned bitter by what he was shown and told and we also were shown that he actually wept at it all. So right before John is shown the end and the destruction, he is shown the power of the Church. He sees that millions of us, Jews and Gentiles, will be victorious and one in Christ. John is shown that we have the same power that he has, the Holy Spirit. John is shown that we are empowered to praise our Father and that for the Church, there is actually peace during this time.

Far too often we only focus on the wrath of our Father during the end times. But there is salvation for millions upon millions, there is power, praise, and peace as well. And while Jesus showed John many hard things, He also showed him that our Father is always in control and that He never leaves or forsakes us who are in Christ.
