God Keeps Us From Falling

Because of this, brethren, be all the more solicitous and eager to make sure (to ratify, to strengthen, to make steadfast) your calling and election; for if you do this, you will never stumble or fall. 2 Peter 1:10

Ask yourself this question; do you have the hope that you will never fall? Is never failing to high of a standard; is it too much pie in the sky? Well we can see what our Father has to say about it here in 2 Peter. God shows us that there is a way for us to never fall, and that way is Christ in us, doing the works. Faith is the evidence of things hoped for; true godly faith is only Authored and Finished by Jesus. So if you don’t think a life without falling is within our capabilities, then ask God to show you what He was talking about through Peter. Through the Truth you will see that being victorious 100% of the time is totally available to us and Jesus’ yoke is not harsh, it is easy to be borne! Through Christ we are now one with our Father and He is more than able and willing to do all things righteously through us! The Truth that sets us free is that we are one with God and the power of not falling is on God, and not on His body parts! When we look towards our Father and towards His power it is easy to believe that He can keep us, just as He keeps Himself. The revelation here is on our unity and oneness with God. Faith comes from hearing this Truth and this Truth sets us free!

Through the power of Jesus’ sacrifice we are now new creatures in Christ, and old things have passed away and all things have become new for us. 

I in them, and Thou in Me, that they may be made perfect in One; and that the world may know that Thou hast sent Me, and hast loved them, as Thou hast loved Me. John 17:23 

The power and glory of our perfection, the ability for us to never fall lies completely and totally with Jesus.  He alone is our High Priest Who ever lives to intercede for us so that we may be saved to the uttermost. Jesus has rescued us from our weak humanity and He has delivered us into the strong place of being one with our Father as He is One with our Father! Jesus is that great and through His power we shall never fall and through Jesus our election is sure! Through Jesus we will sow the Word from the roof tops. We will intercede for all. We will serve a world that so desperately needs served.
