We Absolutely Live By Faith

"(For we walk by faith, not by sight:) " 2 Corinthians 5:7

The Truth of faith being an absolute within us does not get preached enough! We don’t have a choice of whether we will walk by it or not, once we truly are empowered by the Holy Spirit to accept Jesus as Lord, we will walk by faith! It’s just who we are; we are as Jesus is in this world, and anything that would hinder us from walking in faith, our Father will prune out of us! “Every branch in Me that beareth not fruit He taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, He purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the Word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, accept ye abide in Me. I am the Vine, ye are the branches. He that abideth in Me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without Me ye can do nothing.” John 15:2-5

Without Jesus we can do nothing, but we are never without Him, He never leaves us or forsakes us! Our Father will produce much fruit through us, because we walk as He walks, which is by faith! The world and all that is in it, in no way hinders us, we see through its lies and we see the Truth that has set us free! We see what God has spoken. Our Father has made us alive with Himself and we now see as He sees! We live, as God lives, by faith! We work, as our Father works, because we are one with Him and we can do nothing else, but work by faith!

It’s like our eyes blinking, our hearts beating, or our lungs breathing, we don’t have to take thought for it, it just happens! These Truths should be included in all of our conversations, because these Truths are what God has spoken of us! Faith comes from hearing this Truth! We are one with the One! We are one with the One Who calls things that are not as though they are! As He is, so are we in this world! God calls things that are not as though they are through us, and they come into being! It’s the Father within us; He does the works!

If I look in the mirror, I have no hope. But when I look at the Word I see that greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world! Jesus will absolutely lead us in the paths of righteousness for His Names sake, so we will absolutely have faith! It may take some prunning or refining fire, but we will have faith!

Thanks for the post, I really enjoyed it!

Thanks for the comment. Tonight before I read it, a friend of mine was asking me why the disciples couldn't cast out the devil and I get home and read your comment. Goes to show that we are a body and that He is moving us where we need to go!

Be blessed
