12 Therefore be glad (exult), O heavens and you that dwell in them! But woe to you, O earth and sea, for the devil has come down to you in fierce anger (fury), because he knows that he has [only] a short time [left]!
The woman, which is the Church, is not harmed; our Father has always prepared a place of safety for us. We are His body, His flesh, His Temple and there is no weapon that can harm God and we are one with Him. Our bodies may still be on the earth, but we have been raised up together and made to sit together in Heaven with Jesus, Ephesians 2:6. These verses show us that even if we are to be killed for our testimony, that there is not a woe for us. God’s power will flow through us even if we are killed for being used to testify of the Truth. It will be a glorious and wonderful time, as we are empowered with the Holy Spirit to serve the Kingdom and our Father during the Great Tribulation. Also remember this: the angel proclaimed that it would be a speedy victory for us as well. The time will pass quickly for the chosen of God because we will be used in power and demonstration as we never have before.
But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God. Acts 20:24
