We Are Now The Habitation Of God

Therefore you are no longer outsiders (exiles, migrants, and aliens, excluded from the rights of citizens), but you now share citizenship with the saints (God’s own people, consecrated and set apart for Himself); and you belong to God’s [own] household. You are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets with Christ Jesus Himself the chief Cornerstone. In Him the whole structure is joined (bound, welded) together harmoniously, and it continues to rise (grow, increase) into a holy temple in the Lord [a sanctuary dedicated, consecrated, and sacred to the presence of the Lord]. In Him [and in fellowship with one another] you yourselves also are being built up [into this structure] with the rest, to form a fixed abode (dwelling place) of God in (by, through) the Spirit. Ephesians 2:19-22

Through the power of Christ, you and I are now a Holy Temple and we are now the habitation of God Himself. We can be these things because we are now built upon the eternal foundation of Jesus Christ, Who is a steadfast foundation that is unmovable and Who cannot be shaken! Jesus has given us stability and power, peace and joy, hope and faith, and together with Him we have been enabled to be the very housing of God! We are now a Holy Temple, sanctified, glorified, and perfected by the Blood of Jesus. And through the power of Christ we will be used by our Father to serve a world that desperately needs it!

For in Him we live and move and have our being; as even some of your [own] poets have said, For we are also His offspring. Since then we are God's offspring, we ought not to suppose that Deity (the Godhead) is like gold or silver or stone, [of the nature of] a representation by human art and imagination, or anything constructed or invented. Acts 17:28-29
For as in one physical body we have many parts (organs, members) and all of these parts do not have the same function or use, So we, numerous as we are, are one body in Christ (the Messiah) and individually we are parts one of another [mutually dependent on one another]. Romans 12:4-5

We are new creatures filled with the fullest measure of our Father's Divine presence. We are now one with and filled with the complete and full love of our Lord. Just think of how we can now be used by our Father to serve everyone around us. This is truly a glorious day in Christ and we cannot help but rejoice and be glad in it! Jesus loves all of us.
