My Father, Who has given them to Me, is greater and mightier than all [else]; and no one is able to snatch [them] out of the Father’s hand. John 10:29
Here is another powerful example of the Truth that God, Who is our Father, is in control our lives. The Truth that sets us free is that no person is capable of taking away our acceptance! No man, no judge, no politician, no dictator, and no law can take away our acceptance from God. But here is the question; can we take away our own acceptance? Can we at one time be accepted by God, then later on remove ourselves from it?
The work of each [one] will become [plainly, openly] known (shown for what it is); for the day [of Christ] will disclose and declare it, because it will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test and critically appraise the character and worth of the work each person has done. If the work which any person has built on this Foundation [any product of his efforts whatever] survives [this test], he will get his reward. But if any person’s work is burned up [under the test], he will suffer the loss [of it all, losing his reward], though he himself will be saved, but only as [one who has passed] through fire. Do you not discern and understand that you [the whole church at Corinth] are God’s temple (His sanctuary), and that God’s Spirit has His permanent dwelling in you [to be at home in you, collectively as a church and also individually]? 1 Corinthians 3:13-16

These verses just teach us the Truth so plainly, that once we are saved, truly saved, we are eternally saved. All of our works may not be so great, but our acceptance is sure and eternal! Our acceptance by our Father has been insured by Jesus Himself.
To the praise of the glory of His grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. Ephesians 1:6
Look at the first part of Ephesians 1:6, “to the praise of the glory of His grace.” If our acceptance was based on our personal performance, this verse would have to read, “to the praise of our ability to earn His grace.” Everything we do may not measure up, but if we have truly been chosen by God and empowered by the Holy Spirit to accept Jesus as our Lord, our Father eternally accepts us. This is why we can praise the glory of our Father’s grace, because it’s a free gift! Jesus’ sacrifice was that powerful!
For God's gifts and His call are irrevocable. [He never withdraws them when once they are given, and He does not change His mind about those to whom He gives His grace or to whom He sends His call.] Romans 11:29
