Everyone Long's For Jesus, Everyone!

For [even the whole] creation (all nature) waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God’s sons to be made known [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship]. Romans 8:19

The Holy Spirit tells us that all of creation, all of it, waits and longs for Jesus to be revealed through us. The glorious Truth here is that mankind is part of all of creation. So the Truth is that all men are seeking Jesus to be revealed through us. Is everyone aware that they are, no. But that doesn’t change the Truth for one second that they are seeking Jesus to be revealed. Just look at the world and you can see that they are seeking Him. The world is seeking peace through work, money, power, relationships, education, governments, drugs, or alcohol.

Everyone is seeking for what Jesus Alone provides. We are all seeking safety, peace, joy, health, happiness, prosperity, and love. We may not all know the Truth yet, the Truth that only Jesus can provide these things, but what we do know, is that we need these things. So everyone is waiting and longing for the time when Jesus provides them, some of us just haven’t been exposed to the Truth yet, the Truth that will set us all free.

That they all may be one, [just] as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, so that the world may believe and be convinced that You have sent Me. I have given to them the glory and honor which You have given Me, that they may be one [even] as We are one: John 17:21-22

There is coming a time when the world will see Jesus glorified through us and then they will know the Truth and they will be set free. Look at what Jesus tells us in Revelation 3:9

Take note! I will make those of the synagogue of Satan who say they are Jews and are not, but lie—behold, I will make them come and bow down before your feet and learn and acknowledge that I have loved you.

Jesus doesn’t tell us that these people who sought what He alone provides through worldly means will be cast into Hell, He tells us that they will come and learn what we already know. The world will become convinced just as we are. They will absolutely know that Jesus is the sole provider of all things that pertain to life and to godliness. This Truth will bring them peace that passes all understanding. The world isn’t waiting for us Jesus to be revealed through us so that they can be thrown into Hell. They are longing for Jesus to be revealed through us so that they can finally have all that they need for an abundant life.

So rejoice, because everyone long’s for Jesus. They may just not know it yet. Think of it like this: we don’t know everything about God yet and that doesn’t stop our Father from being there for us. So they just don’t know as much as we do. So what, we have more to learn and so do they. Our Father is not limited to be there for us based on our ability to understand things. Our Father is Lord of all and all things exist by Him, for Him, and through Him, Colossians 1:16. This is why we all wait for Him, because it’s just born into us to wait for Him.
