Revelation 16:12-14

¹² Then the sixth [angel] emptied his bowl on the mighty river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to make ready a road for [the coming of] the kings of the east (from the rising sun).

• People often times in prophecy are represented by water.
• The Euphrates is a mighty river in the Middle East: so it represents the people of the Middle East. Our Father has allowed the descendants of Ishmael to become mighty, just as He said that He would.
• And as for Ishmael, I have heard and heeded you: behold, I will bless him and will make him fruitful and will multiply him exceedingly; He will be the father of twelve princes, and I will make him a great nation. Genesis 17:20
• Many people are now being killed by the lie of Islam. The sin of many is making the love of many grow cold, Matthew 24:12. Many in the Middle East are drying up spiritually.
• The lawlessness of many Islamic nations will allow other countries to come and in take control of them.

¹³ And I saw three loathsome spirits like frogs, [leaping] from the mouth of the dragon and from the mouth of the beast and from the mouth of the false prophet.

• Frogs represent evil spirits.
• We are shown here that there will be 3 evil spirits acting in the Middle East during the end times.
• These three spirits will come directly from satan.
• The anti-christ will preach the evil message, the message of man, not Christ, which is the power of our Father working in man.
• The love of money is the root of all evil and it will also be during the last 3 1/2 years of this period in earth's history. During the last days men will be lovers of self, prideful, boastful, and braggarts as they never have been before. They will be marrying and partying right up to Jesus’ return. People will be trying to be religious, just look at what Jesus told us about the 6 churches in Chapters 2 and 3 of Revelation. But during the end times people will be glorifying themselves and the acts of man. This is how they will be blaspheming.
• If other countries come in and control the seemingly out of control Middle East the world will seem to be at peace. 
• Oil production could stabilize and the world would enjoy an economic boom. 

¹⁴ For really they are the spirits of demons that perform signs (wonders, miracles). And they go forth to the rulers and leaders all over the world, to gather them together for war on the great day of God the Almighty.

• The leaders and rulers are gathered to wage war on Jesus. 
• The fallen angels are seeking to harm the Bride of Christ, which is the Church, the saved.
• So it sounds as though our Father allows these fallen angels to gain leadership positions before the Great Tribulation.
• Think about leaders today, they are doing things that make no sense. But when you think that they are fallen angels, who are trying to get men to trust in something other then our Father, things seem to clear up as to why they are acting the way that they are.
• So when demonic leaders seem to bring peace to the Middle East and they are waging war on the Truth, our Father will finally allow Jesus to return.
