Revelation 7:2

Then I saw a second angel coming up from the east (the rising of the sun) and carrying the seal of the living God. And with a loud voice he called out to the four angels who had been given authority and power to injure earth and sea,
  • East represents the Kings and priests of God.
  • Jesus’ message and power through us will be rising during the last days. Just like our Father used Jesus when He was here 2000 years ago, He will use us. Our Father used Jesus greatly even though He was hated and attacked by the world.
  • We will be used by our Father with great power to the minister all over the world during the last three and half years. We will be used to minister to the people who hate us and who will go to war against us, just as Jesus ministered to the religious and political leaders of His day. They will hate us because they won’t believe that they need our Father’s message and just like in Jesus' day they will fear that it will cause them to lose control of the people. People will still talk about religion and God during the last days, but the main message will be all about man and what we have accomplished.
  • Also just like in Jesus' day the common people will flock to our Father’s message while the leaders will mock them for doing so.
  • Our Father gave these four angels the authority and power to harm the earth, He did not give this destructive power to satan. These four angels will only do what our Father directs and permits them to do. Our Father is always in charge, this is His wrath being poured out on the wicked things of the world, it’s not satan’s vengeance on mankind. Satan is never in control, he can only do what our Father allows him to do! If satan was allowed to do as he pleased, the earth would have been destroyed years ago. Actually the Great Tribulation is a tribulation for satan as well. Because everything that he attempts to set up will be destroyed and persecuted and he will know that his end is near. Satan will definitely be tormented along with his followers during the time of Tribulation.
