Revelation 11:11-14

11 But after three and a half days, by God’s gift the breath of life again entered into them, and they rose up on their feet, and great dread and terror fell on those who watched them.
  • If the two witnesses are symbolic, as a lot of people claim and if they are a symbolic representation of the Word of God, why does our Father have to breathe life back into His eternal Word? And as soon as our Father revives His eternal Word, He lifts it up to Heaven? Also, would people really be aware and celebrate the death of the Word after just 3 1/2 days of it not being around. Would the wicked be able to see or even recognize the Word was resurrected to fear?
  • If these two are actually men, men who had spoken about the evil of the world and of the anti-christ, and the world had seen them actually die and celebrated their death, think of how those who opposed them will fear when they are raised up from the dead?
12 Then [the two witnesses] heard a strong voice from heaven calling to them, Come up here! And before the very eyes of their enemies they ascended into heaven in a cloud.
  • 1 Thessalonians 4:17 Then we, the living ones who remain [on the earth], shall simultaneously be caught up along with [the resurrected dead] in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and so always (through the eternity of the eternities) we shall be with the Lord!
  • Here is where the rapture occurs, not 7 years before. This is the last day. This is the sounding of the 7th Trumpet, Revelation 11:15
  • And this is the will of Him Who sent Me, that I should not lose any of all that He has given Me, but that I should give new life and raise [them all] up at the last day. John 6:39
  • I use to believe in a pre-tribulation rapture and if you do please do me a favor and just go and try to find the scriptures that speak of it and then reconcile them with all of the scriptures that we have studied together.
13 And at that [very] hour there was a tremendous earthquake and one tenth of the city was destroyed (fell); seven thousand people perished in the earthquake, and those who remained were filled with dread and terror and were awe-struck, and they glorified the God of heaven.
  • When Jesus is revealed the earth will be shaken, this is the earthquake. People will be amazed by what they see and they will glorify God as Jesus begins His absolute rule.
  • Armageddon will happen right before Jesus returns, Revelation 16. The people who are left on the earth when this all happens, and who are not the Bride of Christ, will live under Jesus' rule for a thousand years, Revelation 20:4. There will be millions of people left on the earth who have not been transformed to be just like Jesus when He returns.
  • Armageddon happens right before Jesus returns and people will perish.
  • Jerusalem is rocked by a great earthquake right before Jesus returns, just as it was when Jesus was crucified.
  • The people left on the earth will have seen these two witnesses lying dead for 3 1/2 days; they will have celebrated their killing and now they will see them raised up from the dead. They also will see the graves busting open and they will see the alive in Christ being raised up to their glorified state. And when they see this, they see Jesus coming in the Sky. As Jesus left, He is returning, and all men will see Him. So of course they will glorify our Father! They will glorify our Father with their amazement and wonder. They will have to confess that Jesus is right there and look at all of the people with Him.
  • Here is an observation, only a 10th of the wicked city will be destroyed. Does that mean that 90% didn’t need to be? So 90% did not take the mark of the Beast?
14 The second woe (calamity) has passed; now the third woe is speedily to come.
  • Remember that the angel, who proclaimed that the three woes were coming, stated that the woes will affect the entire earth. The first woe was the Abyss being opened and allowing men who were not sealed with the Holy Spirit to be tormented and vexed for five months. We were shown that the unsealed would seek death, but our Father would not allow them to find it.
  • The second woe was the four angels being released from their holding place along the Euphrates River.
  • The third woe is Jesus returning to the earth and the great battle of Armageddon, a battle that will kill off millions who have gathered together by our Father at Jerusalem to wage war against Him. The Blood of the dead will flow as high as a horses bridle at Armageddon, and for hundreds of square miles. It will be the final battle before Jesus returns and it will happen with lightning speed!
