Jesus Enriches Us In Every Area Of Our Lives

"That in everything ye are enriched by Him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge; Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ." 1 Corinthians 1:5-8

Jesus has enriched us in everything, in everything! He ever lives to intercede for us and since He does we are saved to the uttermost. There is not one area of our lives that Jesus doesn’t bring to its fullest! He gives us everything that pertains unto life and unto godliness, and He does it perfectly! Through Christ we are enabled to grasp the completeness of His salvation and live a life that is worthy and fully pleasing to our Father! Jesus enriches us in all of our speech, and the Truth of God is this, that out of the abundance of our hearts our mouths speak! So for Jesus to enrich our speech, He has had to first enrich our hearts with the Word of God. Our Father has given us a heart that is able to love and serve, and a heart that is completely confident of the power of Him within us, and since He has all of our speech is enriched by it. We should talk like Jesus, with power and authority, because He is the One within us; Jesus is the One enriching us. We have His strength, His love, His glory, His peace, His knowledge, and His joy. The fruit produced through us should resemble the Author of it, Who is Jesus, the Beginning and the End!

Jesus has enriched us in all knowledge! There is nothing that is beyond our capacity to understand, nothing! Jesus has enriched us in everything, so that through Him, we now have His mind. We now have the mind of Christ! “For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ.” 1 Corinthians 2:16 We now have a mind that is able to understand that through the power of the Anointing of Jesus, we are enriched in everything. We now have the knowledge of the Mind of our Savior! Jesus has experienced the fullness of God’s power and He knows it intimately. We have our Lord’s knowledge of how God is and what God can do. We have the knowledge of what it means to be raised from the dead and what it means to call things into being when there was nothing before hand! This Truth is not offensive to us and we don’t stumble at the promises of God, even when He says everything and all. Our minds are now capable of understanding the fullness of our Father's Truths, because our minds have experienced the things of God first hand. We now have the Mind of Christ! Our Father has given us knowledge that looks past our flesh and our circumstances. We now have an Anointed mind that sees God’s Truth through faith Authored and Finished by Jesus. We are now strengthened with Christ so that we can walk and live in Godly knowledge!

Jesus has enriched us in everything, so that we will come behind in no gift. The gifts of God can be found all throughout the Bible. Our Father has given us health, peace, joy, faith, hope, prosperity, and love. He has also given us gifts of His Spirit, which are: wisdom, knowledge, faith, the gift of healing, the working of miracles, prophecies, discernment, tongues, and the interpretation of tongues, 1 Corinthians 12:8-10. Jesus has enriched us in everything, so that we will come behind in none of the gifts of God as we wait for His return! Actually our Father tells us to eagerly desire His Spiritual gifts, especially that we would prophecy, 1 Corinthians 14:1. Jesus has enriched us so that we can have everything of our Father and He has enriched us so that we will never come behind in any of His gifts! That is just such a great Truth that really shows the personality of God; He wants everything for us, just as a loving Father should!

We all should be able to serve our Father as Jesus and the Apostles we read about served. Think about it, Stephen, was one of seven men whose job it was to serve food to the believers. He was a waiter and yet he was so full of the Holy Ghost, that he was killed for his testimony of the Truth. It doesn’t matter what our Father has us doing, we all should serve in the fullness of the power of our Lord, because we are all filled with His Spirit of Power, the Holy Spirit! “And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.” 1 Corinthians 12:6

The power of our Father will confirm us until the end of time. Isn’t it cool that God talks about us being kept by Jesus for eternity as He also talks about His gifts being for us! We aren’t just kept by Jesus; we walk in power and demonstration of the Holy Spirit as we are kept. Jesus said that if we didn’t believe Him for His Words, believe Him for His works, John 14:11. Paul said that He didn’t come with enticing words, but with power and demonstration of the Spirit, 1 Corinthians 2:4. People should be able to see our Father through us, and our Father is a God of righteousness and miraculous works. When Jesus was here, His ministry was all about healing and prophecies, the Apostles ministries were the same, and so was Paul’s ministry. In the Old Testament God performed miracles through Moses, Elijah, Elisha, Daniel, and Shadrach, Meshech, and Abednego! God’s normal is miraculous to man, and we are enriched by Jesus so that God’s gifts will flourish within us. Through Christ we should walk as our brothers before us walked, in the undeniable power of God! Power that goes beyond that of man’s, power that truly serves the needs of man, our Father's power!

God goes on and has Paul write that we will be blameless when Christ comes. We will be blameless because Christ will have been the One keeping us. Through Christ we have crucified our old man and through the power of the Holy Spirit we have been raised up from the dead, just as Jesus was, so that we may walk in newness of life! "Therefore we are buried with Him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of His death, we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection: Knowing this that our old man is crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. For he that is dead is freed from sin. Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him. Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over Him. For in that He died, He died unto sin once; but in that He liveth, He liveth unto God. Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 6:4-11 Our body of sin has been destroyed and through the power of Christ we are now free from sin. Our old man has been crucified and Jesus confirms our new man until the end of time! Jesus has enriched our new man in all things, and Jesus has enriched us in all of the knowledge of this Truth!

We no longer serve sin; through the power of Jesus we now serve righteousness! "Being made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness." Romans 6:18 "But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life." Romans 6:22 Our fruit is now produced by the Vine of Jesus, and our Vine is Holy, so the fruit that He produces through us is Holy! The reason we have everlasting life, isn’t just because we have been forgiven, it’s because Jesus is in us. He is one with us and we have become vessels of honor through His power. Our Father just doesn’t forgive us, He enriches us in everything and our fruit will bear witness of it! People will know that we are born again, because we do righteous things, as Jesus did righteous things! People will know us by our fruit, but a better saying is this, people will know us by the fruit that Jesus is producing through us!

Our Father said that faith would come to us as we heard His Word. We need to hear what our Father has said regarding our freedom from sin. We are not under sin any longer; sins power doesn’t come and go in our lives. Jesus has set us free from its power, presence, pleasure, and penalty! We have been set free from sin because God is the One Who has done it for us. One can’t brag over another here, it is only by the grace of God and by His power within us that we can be free from the very thing that has destroyed millions over the years! Our Father did away with the law for those who would accept it and with it went the power of sin. But our Father also came to dwell within us, so that we could actually not work the works of wrath, but so that we actually could work the works of righteousness. God first had to free us, so that He could then empower us, and He has done both through Jesus our Lord and Savior! Jesus has enriched us in all things so that we can be absolutely free from sin!
