We Are Justified And Have Peace Through Faith

"Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: by Whom we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in the hope of the glory of God." Romans 5:1-2

We are justified by faith, which means we are justified by believing God. We are justified by believing what God has said and we are justified by believing and accepting what He has done. Think about what being justified means for a moment; it means we belong, that we have purpose, and that we are where we are supposed to be. We’re justified in being the children of God! The Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, and the only One Who has the power to justify us, has done it! And it is impossible for us to please our Father without faith. “But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those that diligently seek Him.” Hebrews 11:6 God knows His Own personality. He knows what pleases Him and what doesn’t, and God hasn’t hidden His will and desires from us. God has revealed them to us, and He has done it through His Word and through His Holy Spirit that teaches us all things! God knows that faith is the key force for Him to be pleased with us. God didn’t just tell us this Truth and then leave us on our own to figure it out. He gave us Jesus to Author and Finish our faith, so that we could always be pleasing to Him. God gave us the Holy Spirit to strengthen us and He gave us the Bible that never changes so that we can hear it, and faith comes from hearing and hearing from the Word of God! “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Romans 10:17

We are born again! We are born of God, born from His Incorruptible Seed, and we have been created in His image, so faith also pleases us. If you really look at people you will see that this is true, we want to believe! God also wants for us to believe, so He gave us the best He had, Jesus, and through Jesus we have the Anointing to be the best that we can be! “Looking unto Jesus the Authorer and Finisher of our faith, Who for the joy that was set before Him endured the Cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the Throne of God.” Hebrews 12:2 I never get tired of reading how God has provided everything for us that is needed to live a completely successful and abundant life. We are justified by faith, so God gave us Jesus, the best He has to insure it! God wants it for us every bit as much, no; He wants it more, than we do! God will never leave us or forsake us and He is right here with us giving us everything needed to be justified and He is right here with us pruning out anything that would be contrary to our justification! Hallelujah, we have complete salvation that is built upon the Rock of Jesus Christ and we now live in complete justification and faith by the power of God within us. We no longer have to try to live and please God with our own human abilities! Faith is not our ability to believe God and accept His Truths; faith is God’s ability working within us to believe and accept His truths!

OK, so God has now justified us by giving us Jesus, Who Authors and Finishes our faith; but what should we be doing with our justification? “Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the Word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of the things which do appear.” Hebrews 11:3 The justification and peace of Christ allows us to know that what we see with our physical eyes does not matter! Our justification allows us to know without doubt and without fear that only what God has said matters. We have been justified and since we have God has allowed us into the power of His world. We are now permitted to live as He lives, which is by faith! There was nothing and yet God spoke, and here it all is! There was dirt, and God breathed into it, and here we are! Faith allows us to know that God calls things that are not as though they are, and they become what He has spoken. Through Jesus we are justified to be used by God to do the same! Justification and peace allow us to know that God is within us and that He never changes, and that He is doing the same things through us that we read that He was doing in the Bible. Jesus even says that He will do greater works through us; we have been justified by the Blood of Christ so that He can! God is in abundance within our hearts and our mouths speak what He has spoken. Justification allows us to say unto mountains to move and they move. Faith allows us to be used to cast out demons, to heal the sick, and to proclaim the Truth in all boldness and love! Faith and the justification that comes with it allows us to live as God made us to live, in righteousness and true holiness, created after His Own image! We are new creatures in Christ, we are now members of His body, and we are perfected in our oneness with Him, we are completely justified in believing this!

We now have peace with God. That is an understatement if there ever was one; we actually have the very peace of God! “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27 Jesus has given us His peace, He did not just give us the ability to have peace that was like His, He actually gave us His very own. And Jesus’ peace passes all human understanding and His peace keeps our hearts and minds and allows us to not be troubled. Think about how Jesus acts regarding any situation and think about the peace that He has in that situation. That is the peace that He has given us. Jesus knows the Truth and the Truth has set Him free; Jesus is tormented by nothing! Jesus has no troubling thoughts and doubt cannot be found in Him. Jesus has peace because He knows the power of the faith of God that is at work within Him. He knows about the faith that created the worlds and He knows that the exact same faith is in Him. Jesus also knows that He has given us everything He has, so that we to can be in perfect peace, just like He is in perfect peace. Jesus knows that He is dead to sin and alive unto God, and Jesus knows that through our acceptance of Him, so are we! Jesus has perfected His love within us, and that perfect love casts out all fear and torment, so that we can actually have His peace! There is now no fear for us; we just haven’t been given that spirit. We have a spirit that allows us to be at peace with our unity with God. We can be at peace with our justification by God and we can have peace that it is God within us doing His works of righteousness. We can have the exact same peace that Jesus has that He we will spend eternity with God and we can have the exact same peace that Jesus has regarding being used by God. Jesus ever lives within us so that we can; He Authors the faith and gives us the Spirit that allows us to be as He is, even while we are in this world!

We can rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. What good would it be for us to rejoice in God’s glory if there was no direct benefit and power for us? But we don’t just rejoice in the fact that God has glory, we rejoice in the fact that God has given us His glory. “And the glory which Thou gavest Me I have given them; that they may be one, even as We are One: I in them, and Thou in Me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that Thou hast sent Me, and hast loved them, as Thou hast loved Me.” John 17:22-23 The reason that people will believe in Jesus through us, is because God has given us His glory, as He gave Jesus His glory, so that the world can see Him through us! We rejoice in the glory of God, because He has made us glorious in Christ. The Vine is glorious and so are the Vine’s branches! We rejoice in the glory of God, because His glory produces glorious fruit through us. We rejoice in the glory of God, because He allows us to have it!

We are a royal priesthood and a chosen generation, God has actually chosen us, and we have been set apart by God for His holy use, we are sanctified! “And for their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they also may be sanctified through the Truth.” John 17:19 The Truth is that we have faith that comes directly from God, and His faith justifies us so that we can go and serve Him in all fullness. As long as people look to themselves to provide service for God, they will fail. But when we stop and look to Jesus, the world will believe! The world, with all of its divisions and hatred will believe because of our unity with God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Man apart from God can’t even begin to understand that he can actually be righteous like Jesus is righteous. But when we allow the mind that is in Christ to be in us, we can’t help but see that God has more than enough ability to make us righteous, just as He made Jesus to be righteous. When we see the Truth, through the power of the Holy Spirit within us, we will see that God has provided these things for us and that it is His will and desire for us! When Jesus spoke, He spoke of the world believing. He is coming back for a glorious church, without spot, wrinkle, or blemish and that church will include the world, every nation, every age, and every social class! God would that all men be saved, and through Jesus they can be! Jesus has sanctified Himself; Jesus has set Himself apart for God’s use, and since He has, we to can be set apart for God’s use. The world should be our goal and if God is for us, who can be against us?

"For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous." Romans 5:19 We are made righteous by one man, Jesus Christ the Righteous One! And since He has made us righteous, we now have peace in all things! "Who shall lay anything to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, Who is even at the right hand of God, Who also maketh intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, for Thy sake we are killed all the day long; for we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us." Romans 8:33-37 We are more than conquerors through Jesus Christ. Because of Him we have conquered sin, because we are now made righteous by His Blood. Through Jesus, we have conquered fear, because His love has cast out all fear! Through Jesus, we have conquered condemnation, because He has justified us! Jesus has conquered sickness and because of His stripes we have been healed! Through Jesus, we have conquered death, because we have been raised up together with Him! The obedience of Jesus has given us all things that pertain unto life and unto Godliness! Through Jesus we have peace to believe that the world can actually be saved: Iran, Iraq, China, North Korea, America, and every other country and every inhabitant within them, the entire world. We have conquered our humanity through Christ, because we have been made perfect in our unity with Him! God has done it all for us, we have been made righteous apart from any of our own works, and we now work righteously because it is the Father within us, He now does the works!

Be blessed in the Truth, the Truth has set us free! The Truth is that God has justified us, if this is a battle in your life, if you feel that you are somehow failing with your relationship with God, your not. If you have said yes and made Him Lord of your life, you’re not failing. If you were than God is part of that failure, and He isn’t going to fail at anything! Faith comes from hearing the Word and the Truth of His Word will set us free, and the Truth is God has justified us and that God has given us His peace! Now we may not be as mature in these things as we could be, but God is doing exactly what is needed in each of our lives so that we can be! There is now no condemnation for us, and even though many would try, there is none for us! God is with us, He is leading us directly in the paths of righteousness that best suites our needs! He is our Father, and God does not lag in His parental duties!
