6 And He
[further] said to me, It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning
and the End. To the thirsty I [Myself] will give water without price from the
fountain (springs) of the water of Life.
·
Jesus is our
Shepherd, He is our Head, and He is our Vine, He ever lives to serve us, or
give us water freely. That is what makes Him the greatest.
·
Therefore He
is able also to save to the uttermost (completely, perfectly, finally, and
for all time and eternity) those who come to God through Him, since He is
always living to make petition to God and intercede with Him and intervene for
them. Hebrews 7:25
· With a view to this we toil and
strive, [yes and] [a]suffer reproach, because we have
[fixed our] hope on the living God, Who is the Savior (Preserver,
Maintainer, Deliverer) of all men, especially of those who believe
(trust in, rely on, and adhere to Him). 1 Timothy 4:10
·
He who is
greatest among you shall be your servant. Matthew 23:11
·
Jesus gives to
all of us freely. Grace is free, it cannot be earned. Jesus always gave grace
freely. He healed those who would later scream for His crucifixion. He fed
those who did not believe Him. He forgave those who killed Him and Jesus is the
same yesterday, today, and forever He never changes.
7 He who is victorious shall inherit all these things, and I will be God to him and he shall be My son.
- Jesus was victorious and He has control over al flesh.
- All things have been entrusted and delivered to Me by My Father; and no one fully knows and accurately understands the Son except the Father, and no one fully knows and accurately understands the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son deliberately wills to make Him known. Matthew 11:27
- For He [the Father] has put all things in subjection under His [Christ’s] feet. But when it says, All things are put in subjection [under Him], it is evident that He [Himself] is excepted Who does the subjecting of all things to Him. However, when everything is subjected to Him, then the Son Himself will also subject Himself to [the Father] Who put all things under Him, so that God may be all in all [be everything to everyone, supreme, the indwelling and controlling factor of life]. 1 Corinthians 15:27-28
- Jesus has inherited all things, mankind is part of all things.
- [Just as] You have granted Him power and authority over all flesh (all humankind), [now glorify Him] so that He may give eternal life to all whom You have given Him. John 17:2
- The Truth is Jesus never changes.
- Jesus Christ (the Messiah) is [always] the same, yesterday, today, [yes] and forever (to the ages). Hebrews 13:8
- In the Gospels did Jesus ever damn a person? He didn't, where sin abounded His grace much more abounded. This character trait of Jesus will not change on Judgment Day.
- Well then, as one man’s trespass [one man’s false step and falling away led] to condemnation for all men, so one Man’s act of righteousness [leads] to acquittal and right standing with God and life for all men. Romans 5:18
- For God has consigned (penned up) all men to disobedience, only that He may have mercy on them all [alike]. Romans 11:32
- And those servants went out on the crossroads and got together as many as they found, both bad and good, so [the room in which] the wedding feast [was held] was filled with guests. Matthew 22:10
- Jesus was very successful and all of mankind is and will be the benefactors of His success.
